Récemment rénové, moderne 3 chambres avec toutes les commodités de la maison. La maison principale peut accueillir 6 personnes avec 1 1/2 salles de bains avec cuisine moderne avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et un salon ouvert et lumineux. La cour arrière est clôturée pour plus d'intimité ainsi qu'une grande terrasse et un foyer pour les nuits d'été à l'extérieur. Comprend également une grotte pour enfants amusante dotée d'une télévision, de films et de nombreux jeux pour les enfants. La grotte pour enfants dispose de lits supplémentaires et est un espace spécialement conçu pour eux. À quelques pas de Long Pond et peut marcher jusqu'à Hearth and Kettle sur la route 28. Marchez jusqu'à Wings Grove Beach, un terrain de basket-ball et un parc pour enfants. Parcours de golf Blue Rock à seulement quelques minutes - Moins de 2 miles de la plage de Bass River. Very nice stay at cape escape

Nice and very clean house. Not too far from everything we wanted to see. Our kids appreciated the kid's cave. The grocery store is 2 minutes (by car) from the house. We had a very nice experience.

Great location

Love this location you can walk to so many places. Also short drive to beach.. house was well equipped great fireplace in the yard. Just wish it had a washer as we stayed 2 weeks AC made it very comfortable

Great little cape house!

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. We have 3 little boys and the fenced in backyard and the kid cave we’re so awesome. Close to a ton of beaches and found a few different beaches and parks within walking distance. We had an amazing week!

Cute Cape Cottage

We had a great experience booking & staying in this property. The property manager responded quickly to my questions pre-arrival. Overall, the house is just as advertised. The new bathroom is gorgeous! The kid cave is a great bonus. My 19 year old enjoyed it as his little 'apartment'.

Wonderful first visit to the Cape

We had a wonderful stay at this location - our kids LOVED the kids cave! We had everything we needed, it was clean and the location was great. Though not close to the ocean, our kids also loved the pond beach nearby, which was also clean, uncrowded and lovely. The owner was super responsive to my few inquiries during the week. We did miss having air conditioning during the unseasonably warm weather (if that is important to you) but the fans helped - and this was clear in the listing. This lovely, centrally located listing was perfect for our first visit to the Cape.

Great stay! Overall wonderful experience. Great family rental!

Overall a great experience. Susan was very responsive. A few hiccups with automated entrance details but related to a switch in electronic booking vendors. Minor issues(could not get dvd/ cable to work in kids cave/ both propane tanks empty) but did not affect our overall stay. Well stocked and very clean compared to other rentals. Even with the minor issues, responsiveness, location and cleanliness far outweighed the blips. Looking forward to staying again next year!

Great spot!

Awesome relaxing location, perfect for our family! In a neighborhood, great neighborhood, close to everything...rail trail, restaurants, beach, ponds,shopping. Yard was great with fire pit and kids loved the kids cave!

The property was easy to find and as the pictures presented. Our children loved the kids cave. Communication with owner was quick and easy. Having the ability to walk to the park and small beach area down the street was nice. During our stay we had two separate smoke alarms go off. One needed to be replaced altogether and one needed batteries. Would highly suggest testing this yearly as going without a smoke alarm where my kids slept for one night was not ideal (kids cave). As listed in the description there is no dishwasher or washing machine which I missed. The silverware and plates are cleaned depending on how well renters did prior, which was not well for us. The bathroom was pretty updated but there are several loose tiles on the floor. Bath mats are not provided. Based on the communication with the owners, the fenced in yard and updates to the home this is a nice rental.

Highly Reccomend

This home is perfect for both smaller and larger groups. The kid shed provided plenty more space for sleeping and games while the outdoor shower made getting clean after the beach much easier. The location of the home is perfect, just a few miles from the beach, Shaws, restaurants, and mini golf. The house had toilet paper, propane, cleaning sprays and trash bags supplied. I suggest bringing paper towels, hand/dish towels, and fire wood as they were not provided. The owner, Susan, was great to work with and responded quickly to any of our concerns. I highly reccomend this property!

Excellent accommodations, close to everything

We loved our vacation time at the house. The house is furnished very well with one of the best kitchens I have seen. The open concept was a great gathering place for us all to share meals when we not out enjoying the nicely appointed backyard. The kid house was a welcome addition, the girls loved being able to hang out there and provided them with some downtime... as well as the parents! Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect house in a great location

This house is cute, clean and in a great location. We (2 adults, 3 children ages 5, 3 and 8 months) stayed for a week. Getting into the house was very easy and the owner was very quick to respond to messages. When we arrived, the house was in pristine condition. It was EXACTLY as we had imagined it based on the pictures. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. We used the kitchen for at least one meal per day. We ended up using all 3 bedrooms: the bedrooms were a little bit bigger than I imagined, which was great because we were able to set up a Pack-n-Play crib in the bedroom with the double bed; it would have also fit in the master, but it was nice to have the baby in a separate room. The 5 and 3 year old slept in the bunk beds. We used the tub and shower; water pressure was decent and hot water was plenty. The house was very comfortable, and the AC worked great (we never had to adjust the temperature our whole stay) and was very quiet. The house is in walking distance to Wings Grove Beach, which is a cute pond with a sandy area and a playground. We hung out in the Kid Cave to watch movies, play checkers and use the inflatable basketball hoop. It's a great space that I could imagine being even more fun if our kids were a little older. The wifi and cable worked great. The deck was nice, and there is a grill (we did not end up using it). The house is easy to get to and very well located-- only a few minutes away from pretty much anything you could imagine: less than 5 minute drive to supermarket, Dunkin' Donuts (necessary when traveling with 3 small kids!), restaurants, and Yartmouth-Dennis Cape League baseball. In addition to visiting beaches, we visited pretty much all of the mid-Cape towns during our stay and everywhere we went took less than 25 minutes of driving. We hope we can come back to this house next year.

Very cute cottage

It was our first time to the cape and we couldn't be happier with the cottage. It was more than big enough for the 3 of us. Our son loved the extra play area. Nice yard space an quite area yet close to everything. Very nice decor and owner was quick on any questions that I had. Would recommend highly. :)

Nice updated house that met our needs

We spent 2 nights there recently, four adults. One of us slept in the bunk house (hung a hammock on the hammock hooks) and the rest in the main house. The AC kept the place nice and cool and the outdoor shower is always a plus. The bunk house looks to be a great place for kids and could sleep 3 in beds, more on the floor in sleeping bags, etc. We didn't cook there but everything looked pretty new and I would think works great. Hung out on the deck at the table, played guitars outside later than we probably should have and happily no one came over to tell us to quiet down. The location was fine for us - we came to the Cape with little in the way of an agenda, other than to visit a few places we knew from 30 years ago. It was very reasonably priced and Susan was easy to work with on the logistics of checking in, etc.

Clean, cozy, comfortable Cape house

The curb appeal is what first caught my attention upon arrival. The spacious backyard and patio was a great space to relax and enjoy our time with family and friends outdoors. I was impressed with the beautiful, updated kitchen which came equipped with all the necessary cookware, gadgets and utensils. The cozy living room and comfortable bedrooms made our stay that much more enjoyable. A big bonus was the bunkhouse or KidCave. Our older children enjoyed having their own space only a few feet away. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return next year!

My combined family of 9 enjoyed our stay very much! Loved the out door shower! Lots of space inside and outside. The house was clean and comfortable with a recent remodel. My husband loved watching the Olympics on the Big screen TV!

Great house and location

I was pleasantly surprised by this house. We had plenty of room for my family of 5 and the kid cave was more than ideal. The deck was kept up just as well as the inside which made for a comfortable stay. A short walk to the Cape Cod Creamery and near by lots to do on Route 28 made the location better than expected. With a picky wife and kids there were few complaints for the first time.

Extremely clean!

I am very picky when it comes to rentals. They never quite meet my standards for cleanliness. This place was absolutely spotless. No 'ick' factor here. This allowed me to actually relax and enjoy my time here. I highly recommend it. Oh yeah, and the kids loved being out on 'kid cave' which meant they weren't in my hair. Win- win for everyone.

Absolutely loved the house!!!

I love to visit Cape Cod & was so happy to find this gem of a house!!! It's as adorable as the pictures show...completely renovated, all new & sparkling clean!!! My kids LOVED the bunk house or Kid Cave, it's very cool & filled with video games, board games, smallbasketball hoop, flat screen tv etc!! The deck & firepit in the fenced in back yard is awesome!!! I love to cook & the kitchen was great!!! The living room was super cozy with new furniture! It's super close to everything ...mini golf, bowling, go karts, restaurants & the beach!!! Already looking forward to going back for a week this summer! Check it out - I highly recommend this cottage!!! Enjoy!!!
