Our family loved our weekend stay. Excellent communication, extremely comfortable bed, choice of the loft bed and comfy pull out couch in the living room with accordion doors to make it private if needed. Our favorite was the wood burning fireplace and the back deck with hot tub, big tree for climbing, and big private grassy area with a view of the ocean. We will be back!

We loved this place for just the two of us. Great vicinity to the Bluff Trail, nice views complete with hot tub on the deck, wonderful spaciousness and sun in the common rooms, with the master bedroom set back in the calm and dark. (We slept so well! Super comfortable king mattress, too.) If we had to quibble, it would be that the bathroom and kitchen might call for some updating (but we didn't mind at all and appreciated the pricing on a less 'fancy' place). Everything was well thought-out, clean and efficient.

The property is in a good location, has nice views of the ocean, the kitchen was nice, and well supplied, and was clean. Two issues were that it seemed the last renter before us must have burned a lot of wood in the fireplace, because the smell was very noticeable, and the property, which is older, could use a refresh in a number of areas. Having said that, we enjoyed our Sea Ranch vacation.

This is a beautiful home for two or a small group. Nice layout, high-ceilings, lots of light, wonderful views. Very clean, comfortable beds, and a well -equipped kitchen. We very much enjoyed the large porch with hot tub, lounge chairs and seating area. Close to bluff and Ohlson recreation center.

Great stay! The space was perfect for a family of 4. Hot tub was great, especially to wind the kids down in the evening. Pictures don’t do justice for the views. Saw deer and foxes right from the back door. Kitchen came stocked with a variety of spices, which was super helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

Lovely home in Sea Ranch. The living room/kitchen area was where we spent most of our time. Very comfortable. The bedroom was cozy, but the bed had polyester sheets. That was a bummer, since we both have sensitivities. We asked the service (based in Tennessee?) if we could get cotton, but apparently polyester is all they have. Who uses polyester sheets in hospitality? Thank goodness we brought our own pillows, otherwise we wouldn't have slept at all. And speaking of the out-of state service, for our two week stay we were provided with 5 dishwasher pods, when I asked for more I was told that was our "starter kit". So we had to go out and buy more pods. Same with toilet paper. Seemed a little low-rent for Sea Ranch.

absolutely perfect vacation location stayed 5 days it was beautiful.

overall a very relaxed vacation spot the holmes are perfectly located for great privacy .clean and roomie for my family, great ocean access throughout the sea ranch .we will be spending next year here and hopefully many more.

When I arrived, I tried to open the sliding glass door to the deck and the handle came completely off. It had clearly been broken before and not fixed. Again with the handles to open windows. Very poor maintenance. There were a lot of fruit flies do I could not sit and relax as they kept buzzing at me. The kitchen is absolutely not renovated as one review mentioned. I left after one night and was denied a refund. This was a very bad experience

Perfect Beach vacation

We had a wonderful time at Sea Ranch in this very comfortable and well located beach house. It is close to the ocean and the bluff trails, had everything we needed for cooking and a great hot tub for star gazing. We would love to come back!

Charming and clean. Great location and very quiet. Had all we needed for an in home meal. Very bright and comfortable. Hot tub was nice and easy to access. Rooms were clean and communication with proprerty was easy and responsive. Nice views of the Ocean and real close to Bluff to a beautiful walk.

Cozy Sea Ranch Stay

This house was just right for us. The common space and large backyard were great places to read and relax, and the open kitchen had a nice layout and was well equipped for cooking. Wish we could have stayed longer!
