This pleasant and bright apartment is the perfect location to walk around the city centre and very easy to reach. The parking is 5min walking distance and is possible to obtain a temporary permit to unload the car right in front of the entrance door. 5 large windows open onto a long balcony overlooking a large and sunny square. A wide entrance opens into a corridor that leads to the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and the large living area with the open plan kitchen worthy of a master chef. There is also a laundry room with washing machine. TV and WI-FI

Spacious apartment in heart of Siena

The apartment has lots of room and was a great base for exploring the city. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and all the major sites were within easy walking distance. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need should you decide to eat some meals in. It even had a microwave. Parking is a bit of a challenge, if you have a car. Do your research on where is best. The owner was not particularly helpful in identifying parking options and restrictions. We never could find the one place she recommended. You only need a car, however, if you are traveling outside Siena to outlying areas.

Perfect

This place is great in all ways! Location, comfort, communication. We had a car and parked where the host told us to park. It was free and not far from apartment. Loved Siena and traveled to lots of places around. Took the train to Florence and it was very convenient. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent Location, Very Well Equipped

We stayed at this beautiful property for 5-1/2 weeks in August and September 2023, over the August 16th Palio. It’s equipped with everything one could need. Center location was just what we wanted, close to Il Campo and many restaurants and bars. We walked everywhere except for times we visited Florence or the Tuscan hill towns when we took the bus or train. Everything was very clean and welcoming. Shower is small by American standards but customary or above average size for Italy, updated and nicely done. Balcony is very narrow and not really useable for wine or coffee, but still nice to have for an added dimension. Great property!

Comfort. Style. Location. HIGHLY recommend!

We enjoyed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment. The beds are comfortable, and the linens and towels are high quality. All communication with the host was prompt and complete. While we did not cook, but I can see the kitchen is well-equipped. The Nespresso coffee maker is a great feature. I like the location. You will find touches and conveniences throughout. It is well-appointed, modern, and clean. The photographic artwork is beautiful. The ancient engravings made a fun game to try and find the locations that they show.

Siena flat April 2023

The flat was centrally located near most attractions in Siena for easy access. There are a number of prime eating spots within walking distance. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes and all appliances were in good working order. There were some nights where sleep was interrupted by patrons of a restaurant in the building next door. Functional space. Marshall & Verna
