Since City Suite is available only for stays of 31 nights or more, guests are not subject to the city hotel or short term rental tax (TOT),

In order to allow guests to stay for as long as they need, and keep City Suite consistently occupied, we typically take reservations about 1 month before the date we know the current guest will be checking out.

A lease agreement is required.
After making the reservation, you will be able to review and sign the lease. Guests may cancel the reservation, within 48 hours of making the reservation, without incurring cancellation fees.

City Suite features large windows and a private balcony to enjoy the view. This newly furnished condo offers plush bedding, super-fast Webpass Fiber Internet, air conditioning and all the amenities you need to make your stay care-free and special.

The full-size kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is complete with dishwasher, microwave, cookware, coffee maker dishes, serve ware and more. The owner is happy to accommodate special requests for appliances and furnishings.
This studio has wood-look tile floors throughout, central heat and air conditioning, as well as its own washer and dryer.

The kitchen is stocked with cleaning supplies.
The bathroom has a bathtub, hair-dryer and is stocked with towels.
The laundry area includes a small ironing board, iron & clothes steamer.

One thing that makes this building stand out is the fact that the fitness center, lounge, meeting room and view deck are all on the top floor and feature the views! Guests have full access to everything in the studio as well as all building amenities.

The stylishly designed, secured lobby has mail and amazon lockers for your convenience. There are trash chutes on each floor for smaller items and a recycling room too. You have your own parking spot, located right across from the elevator, in the gated security garage.
