Buddies golf trip

Pretty much as advertised. Good response from management when we informed them of hot tub not working - fixed right away. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay with a big group

It was a great place to stay for a big group. We had 18 people, ranging of ages 10 to 60. I would say, that the floors were pretty dirty, there were not enough kitchen utensils, dishwasher leaked, and guests need 2 towels per person. Other than those little issues, the housewas great!! Wouls rent again

Nice property. Poorly maintained

Upon arrival we began to realize that the property was poorly maintained and poorly set up. It was advertised as a luxury villa accomodating up to 20 guests. There were 2 tablespoons, 11 forks, no working can openers, a 4 slice toaster with one side not working, 2 refrigerators that made almost no ice., only pint glasses, no juice or wine glasses, only 4 chairs on each deck (total 8). No bath mats etc. the property manager (Elliott beach Rentals) When we supplied a list of issues the rental manager quickly took care of the easy things like silverware and glasses but after telling 3 different employees of Elliott about the ice problem nothing was ever done to resolve it. We bought a small tabletop ice maker to reduce the inconvenience of having to buy ice. We had 12 people in our party. All in all I wouldn’t recommend a Elliott managed property. They don’t really seem to care.

Overall a nice condo

Very spacious. Great location to the beach. Need to check the coffee pots, we had issues. Need to get more towels & better quality towels.

Great Floor Layout for Family

This place was perfect for our family! The layout of the bedrooms provided privacy and having a game area was great for the kids! Beach access for easy and a short walk. Overall, great place. Would definitely stay there again!

Not so good

We were told twice our place was ready. We arrived at 6 Pm and it had not been cleaned at all. One girl shows up around 8 and apologizes because she admitted to forgetting the whole place. We had 5 little ones a1 year old, two 2 year old, a 3 year old and 4 year old. Not to mention that it took us 12 hours to get there. Finally another girl shows up to help the other. One girl said she would make the beds however that didn’t happen because when they left we asked what about the beds and the reply we got was the other said she wasn’t making the beds. Never have I been somewhere where we had to make our own beds. At this point it’s after 10 the kids are tired and we are very aggravated. Didn’t eat till almost 11. Then we find out one toilet doesn’t work it finally was fixed the next day. We started washing clothes Tuesday and realized that night the spin cycle didn’t work had to ring the clothes out yourself. I called Wednesday morning to get someone out to fix it only to be told after they looked at it that the part the washer needed wasn’t available anymore and that a new washer would probably have to be purchased but it probably wouldn’t be before we left. So now we have a whole lot of dirty clothes to bring home and can you imagine with 5 little ones. We feel robbed of our first night and got a double whammy with the washer not working. I feel like we deserve at least the first night to be reimbursed. It was our first trip to Myrtle beach and I think it’s gonna be our last.

Nice place for a large family vacation

Four generations ranging from 6 months old to 85 years young enjoyed a wonderful week. The large open kitchen dining and living room space was perfect for our large crowd of 17. Access to the beach was very convenient. Kitchen was well equipped and the two refrigerators were awesome. Really only two complaints: The outside could use a good cleaning/pressure washing. And only four parking spaces for an 8 bedroom unit is inadequate. Despite that we would consider returning to this unit.

Property Description Says It All

The property description says it is Perfect for Golfers and let me tell you it is. It was neat and clean when we got there. I take a group of 12 golfers to Myrtle Beach every year. We are all friends and like to stay together. It is difficult to get enough separate beds in a unit that is affordable, but this was perfect. The open floor plan allowed us to socialize together perfectly. Having 2 refrigerators was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed the location so well that I have booked it for next year already. The property was very spacious, the beds were comfortable. we experienced a problem with the hot water going cold after 4 or 5 showers. The hot water was a major problem considering there was about 18 people and several of us had to take cold showers the first night. The washing machine took an hour to fill and would not fill with cold water at all. The owner really needs to invest in more hot water heaters.
