We had some water leak issues but the owner was very responsive. Getting it fixed was dependent on the HOA which can take time but it was resolved in 24 hours. The property didn’t have air conditioning which was a miss on my part. Being from Texas, I’m not used to having to check the listing. The main bedroom was okay with the fan on high. The second bedroom fan didn’t provide much air. We took the mattress off the top bunk and put it on the floor which helped. An oscillating fan would’ve been a big help. The main living room didn’t have a fan and it got uncomfortable at times. We had the sliding door open but it was still a minimum of 10 degrees hotter in the condo versus outside. Property was the right location and size for our family.

Hi Renee, thank you for your review and for booking your stay with us. The unforseen leaking was a bummer and we're sorry it put a damper on your stay. I'm sorry to hear you were warm in the condo. It is extremely rare to find a rental in Crested Butte with air conditioning. Keeping the dark curtains drawn while you were out and about during the day would also help to keep the temps down. I'm sorry to just now be hearing about needing a different fan, as I would've gladly purchased and brought one up. We would love to have you back another time to improve upon your stay. Please reach out for a returning guest discount!
