Set back from the road and nestled amongst the trees, this property is private and serene.

A large backyard allows plenty of room for the young ones to get out and play, while the adults prepare a barbecue on the outdoor grill.
Enjoy a game of corn hole or watch an evening game of volleyball in the large back yard.

Inside the home, a spacious new kitchen provides a view of the yard and everything you’ll need to prepare lunch for a day at the beach!

Both full bathrooms are newly renovated, featuring nautical decor and sparkling counters.

Outside, the deck has ample room for dining and entertaining with your family and friends, outdoor shower to wash away the sand, and a Weber gas grill for your dining pleasure. Purchase lobsters at Maurice's or create a classic New England clambake!

After a day of activities, you’ll look forward to relaxing in one of the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a plush queen bed and bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a comfortable queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and lots of board games, making it the ideal space for children.

The house is conveniently located near Cape Cod’s Rail Trail, as well as the center of town. You may rent bikes at Little Capistrano’s or Idle Times. Bike, rollerblade and enjoy evening strolls on the Rail Trail, before indulging in Ben and Jerry’s ice cream, a cup of coffee at Hole in One, or the magnificent sandwiches or bottle of wine at Sam’s Deli.

Eastham is the “Gateway to the National Seashore,” and is perfectly located to explore the Cape from the canal to Provincetown.

Ride your bikes or take a short car ride to the exquisite National Seashore beaches where the water is colder but the surf is amazing!

Freshwater swimming is also available at nearby Great Pond, and the many delightful bayside beaches are nearby for watching the sunsets or exploring tidepools with the children.

Plenty of shopping, golf and mini golf courses and many other activities await you just a short distance away. Drive less than half an hour to Provincetown or Hyannis to enjoy their numerous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants.

Enjoy the salt water marshes and Audubon Sanctuary, the only drive-in theater on the Outer Cape or a flea market.
