In the spring and fall, whales migrate just beyond the end of the local Ocean Beach Pier.
Experience fun San Diego activities such as biking alongside the beach, sailing, skating, swimming, surfing, fishing, diving, snorkeling, and golfing. Visit San Diego amusement parks, museums, Balboa Park, Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Old Town and much more. San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Lego-land, are just a few of the major attractions San Diego offers.
A short drive takes you to Indian Gaming and Outlet Malls, further on to Scenic Mountains, and if you desire more adventure, the beautiful Anza Borrego Desert.
This property is fully furnished and includes all linens. This property was recently remodeled and decorated. Everything in this property was recently purchased.
The property has two master bedrooms each with Luxury queen-size beds. Two full bathrooms, one which includes a Jacuzzi bath. Furthermore, one Luxury queen Sofa bed and also a convertible mattress. This luxury property can sleep up to 8 people.
There is a full kitchen and which includes cookware and dishes. The property has one reserved parking spot, but because of our excellent location finding parking on the street should not be an issue. “Non-Smoking” -Two Cable TV’s, DVD, Fast Internet Access, Dishwasher, Microwave, Community Washer/Dryer. It is a first-floor condo with Private Patio with Great Ocean Views. Shared Patio with BBQ.
Payment Options: Personal/ Business check, Cashier's check, Money Order. A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental fees. A $500 deposit will be refunded shortly after departure once the key is returned and the premises are left in an acceptable condition.
A $500 deposit and a return of the rental agreement is required upon booking. Late payments will be assessed a surcharge of $100. For cancellation earlier than one calendar month before your arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

The spectacular view of this property amazed me from the beginning.

Hearing the sound and smell of the ocean makes life so much better.
We stayed here for a week and loved every moment of it.

Pizza port in OB is just fantastic.

Our family had a great stay at this property. We enjoyed a beautiful weather and amazing view. Location is very quiet and peaceful, but just minutes to the town center, the beach or breathtaking Sunset cliffs.
We will be back!
Dean has a really nice place. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked far better than expected.Great views. Being senior citizens we could have used better information as to the use of T.V., WiFi, and elevator key. Dean- I would look at updating the window coverings as some of the vertical blind slats were missing . All considered we had a great stay.
Very clean,comfortable and just enough space. I highly recommend.
Great vacation spot. As mentioned by others, it's a short walk to Ocean Beach, the views are great, and having access to a washer and dryer is a bonus. A perfect spot for 4 people, each bedroom has it's own bath. Would definitely book again.
The place was great and had everything you could need. Falling asleep with the sound of the ocean hitting the rocks, the breeze on your face...and luckily a full moon shining over the water at night...who could ask for anything more! It was an easy walk to Ocean Beach for food, shops and the beach. The only suggestion is that the furniture on the balcony should be much more comfortable. I actually bought a chair and then gave it to my son (who I was visiting) when I left. I would definitely come back the next time I am in San Diego!!
Overall our stay was amazing! The property is well kept and very comfy! Felt like home! Unfortunately the tenants prior to us had lost the key to the garage so we had to access that from the outside as it is a specialized key and not easily duplicated but other than that it was great. A few things to mention as I review other reviews more than the direct info on the site about the location.
1. Dean is amazing, very responsive and great to work with! THANK YOU!!
2. Again, I may have missed this in the description of the location and fortunately it did not impact us overall BUT this location does not have central air. The property can get a bit stuffy with all the windows and doors closed but within minutes of opening the back door and turning the fans on it clears right out and thankfully the temps never got over 80 the entire week we were there.
3. The fridge seems to struggle when filled. It takes almost 12 hours for anything warm to get cold and ice to freeze, even at the lowest fridge/freezer temps. We bought frozen waffles that never actually froze. Again, not a deal breaker as we learned how to manage but don't expect to put a case of soda in the fridge and go back in an hour or 2 for an ice cold beverage.
4. The View - AMAZING!!! Sitting out on the deck watching the boats go by, the surfers attempt at each wave and often dolphins frolic was so refreshing and relaxing! Exactly what I was hoping for! It is about a 10 - 15 min walk to the sandy shore and pier but that's ok as we all enjoyed the walk and weather. The pier has a great café with some really good food breakfast and lunch/dinner served all day!!!
5. And as all the reviewers have noted, the parking is tight and its location in the garage can be challenging to enter and exit if you have a larger vehicle or all the other spots in the garage are full as the entire garage itself is quite small.
I can't thank Dean enough for sharing his property with us, it was the perfect stay and exactly what needed and wanted.
From this property, you can witness the most beautiful sunsets in California. That is why they call it 'Sun-Set Cliff.'
The Best Bars and restaurants in San Diego are in short distance from the property.
