This is a romantic 1bed/1bath, fully furnished, 800 sq ft. living area and 150 sq. ft. patio unit on 35 lush acres.
Enjoy yourself snorkeling, beach walking, taking in sunsets, observing humpback whales in winter and other sea life all year around.
Guests return often to this wonderful resort, because of the convenience of golf, tennis and a short walk to the beauty of Keawakapu Beach. (without crossing a road)
The kitchen is fully stocked with tableware, cookware, utensils and appliances. The AC units are the quiet pro wall type (as opposed to the noisy window units) and were replaced in 2014
There is easy access to the 4 condo complex pools and one of the best beaches in South Maui. (Beach towels provided in the condo).
When booking our unit, there are no additional booking or resort fees. .

My wife and I spent 4 days at a property in Maui in November.
The property was beautiful, clean and in a great location. It was near the beaches and close to the resorts, shopping and restaurants. With beautiful gardens and grounds, it was a pleasure to walk around in the morning and before sunset.
The property itself was very spacious, clean and had all the comforts of home. It was so nice to have a "home base" to come back to at night with all of the day trips we did.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation that incorporates a little bit of home away from home.
We just returned after a one week vacation in Ekahi village and couldn't be happier with our choice. The unit offers all the comfort and convenience possible. Everything with the complex and this unit is so convenient: 34 acres of a beautifully tended tropical garden, direct access to the best beaches in Maui (Keawakapu, Mokapu, Ulua), one of the best places for snorkeling at Ulua beach, huge one bedroom unit fully equipped with everything you may need and more (kitchenware, dinnerware, TVs, Wifi, printer/copy/fax machine, barbeque, beach umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, beach towels ... there was not one thing that we needed and couldn't find). On top of that, the owner of the unit lives in the same complex and he’s very open to offer help in case you need anything. The unit is ground floor and has two lanais, one of them facing the lush tropical garden in a very private setting. The walk to the beach is a short 5 minutes to Keawakapu and 3 more minutes to Mokapu and Ulua. At Ulua beach starts one of the most beautiful walking promenades with a gorgeous beach scene on one side and the beautiful grounds of some of the most expensive hotels and properties on the other side. A 10 minute stroll on that promenade will take you to Wailea beach, with the best sand and water that you can find anywhere.
We would definitively come back and also recommend to friends and family.
What a beautiful place to stay! The gardens were tranquil and spectacular with flowers and fruit trees and a variety of birds. The short walk to the beach was lovely through the manicured lawns framed by bushes in full bloom. The host provided beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkels, and beach toys. The beach pavillion was lovely with tables, chairs, lounge chairs, BBQs and a kitchen for group events. There were shaded cooler areas. The beach out front was wonderful for snorkelling many fish and even some turtles! The place was tastefully furnished and supplied with everything needed. It felt like home. The host lives close by and was very helpful and friendly. Overall this was a wonderful place and a wonderful experience. 5 stars.
Very well equipped and clean unit for our first trip to Hawaii. Kitchen was very well setup, ate in mainly, lots of masks, fins, snorkels, comfy beach chairs, small and large coolers, ... Yes it is at the furthest edge of the complex, but we didn't mind the walk down to pool and beach areas. Fantastic snorkeling right off the beach. Swam with turtles, thousands of fish, and a huge ray. Watched the humpbacks breach right from the beach, great sunsets, and lots of stars.
Ekahi village is a great property with a nice beach and beach side pool. We have stayed a number of times. This unit was clean, well supplied and as advertised. Good value. Nice green area outside the deck and the walk isn’t too far to the beach. Would stay again.
Clean, well supplied
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ekahi Village. Our unit had direct access to the common grounds without crossing a single street or lane. The common lawns and pools, and the ability to walk to the beachfront is a key attribute to this particular resort community. The beach is one of the nicest on Wailea.
Everything is beautifully landscaped and groomed. There is an incline that you need to ascend on your return from the beach or main pool area, but a small price to pay for the ability to walk among such lovely and spacious grounds.
Our unit had been partially modernized with bamboo floors in the main living area and new cabinets in the kitchen. We found the overall unit to be quite spacious and well laid out. Our outside patio did not get any direct sunlight, but we did not find this to be an issue. In fact, upon return to our unit, we welcomed the cooler outdoor sitting area. The patio was equipped with quality furniture and a propane grill.
We frequented one of the smaller swimming pools, nearer to us. Different than the main pool, these pools are set up as quiet areas for adults. The grounds are safe and secure at night, which allowed for evening walks and sitting down at the main pool under the stars, in close proximity to the surf.
Some of the activity of the tenants above you can be noticeable at times, but not to a large degree.
Our unit was clean, fully equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. Dave was very helpful and accommodating.
Overall, we were very pleased with our choice, and would definitely return.
