This bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single level newly renovated open floor plan home offers sleeping for 6, a dedicated work space and a lovely private back deck. Deck includes wifi, bbq, dining table for 6 and a large comfortable outdoor sofa perfect for working, relaxing or socializing in our warm California climate.
The primary suite comes with a queen bed, recliner chair and a 52” LG smart tv with Roku. Guest bedroom #2 comes with a queen bed, large closet and 40” LG smart tv. Primary suite bathroom has separate shower, jetted tub and separate toilet. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed, large closet and tv. Guest bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds in a pull out trundle as well as a dedicated office space. All bedrooms have room darkening shades and ceiling fans. Open living room has a gas fireplace. Driveway has parking for 3 vehicles. Please note, garage is not accessible.
If your visit is for work, this property is a short drive to Stanford Valley Care Hospital, Lawerence Livermore National Lab and Sandia National Lab, Sutter Health Center, Workday, LaRoche Molecular, 10X Genomics, Safeway Corporate to name a few. Kaiser Hospital Walnut Creek, Kaiser Hospital San Leandro, Eden Medical Center, San Ramon Regional Hospital, John Muir Hospital can be reached in under 30 minutes by car in most cases.

Why they chose this property
We love this neighborhood for many reasons. It is very safe, quiet, love the court, and mostly because we can easily walk to downtown for the farmers market, ice creamery, yoga classes, restaurants, quaint shops and parks.
What makes this property unique
Our property has a private, secluded feel at the top of the court. We love our outdoor deck aka a California room. its great for relaxing, working, or entertaining. We also love the jetted tub in the primary bathroom.
