The primary bedroom features a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a twin bed, ideal for a child or single guest. The fourth guest may sleep on the comfortable living room couch. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area, and outdoor seating space for relaxing. Close to downtown, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

You are 1 block from the Paso Market Walk and 1 block the other way to Smart N Final grocery store. It is also a short 8 block walk to the Downtown City Park.

Please note: There is not a washer, dryer or dishwasher in the unit.

You will have access to the entire unit and the outside table and chairs.

-Quiet walking neighborhood
-Paso Market Walk is one block away on Spring between 18th & 19th. There are the restaurants In Bloom and Finca. In Bloom gets rave reviews. Finca is a great lunch spot. There is also a coffee shop, bakery, wine tasting, beer, burgers, vegan & pizza.
-Springside Restaurant. Great breakfast.
-Smart & Final grocery store. Spring & 21st. One block north.
-Savage Spirits & Deli. Corner of Spring & 21st St. One block away. Typical convenience store. A great deli with tri-tip sandwiches.

Check out is at 11. Can you please let me know when you leave? We have guests checking in today and I want to give my housekeeper a heads up.
Please do the dishes if you used any. You will have to do them by hand.
Please take out the trash. The trash cans are in front of the little house 631 20th St by the alley in back. Black for trash, Blue for recycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
