Relax and recharge at Beach Bum Unit B, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath duplex located just 1.5 miles from Gulf Shores’ beaches, dining, and entertainment. Perfect for small groups, this unit offers comfort, style, and shared access to a private pool and fenced yard.

Spacious and Comfortable Layout
The thoughtfully designed layout ensures plenty of space for everyone to unwind:

Main Level:

A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals.
A cozy living area with plush seating, a sleeper sofa, and an LED Smart TV for movie nights.
A convenient half bath.
The primary suite featuring a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and an LED Smart TV.

Second Level:
Two guest bedrooms: one with a queen bed and LED Smart TV, and the other with two twin beds and an LED TV.
A shared hallway bathroom and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for convenience.

Outdoor Amenities
Step outside to enjoy Gulf Coast sunshine and fresh breezes:
Access to the shared pool for swimming and relaxation.

Shared Pool: Guests on both sides of the duplex will share access to the pool and outdoor areas.
Age Requirement: Minimum age of 25 to reserve, with the guest present for the entire stay. Proof of age required.
Pets: Pre-approved pets allowed (max 2, up to 45 lbs each) with additional fees. Breed restrictions apply.
Security: Exterior cameras monitor parking and entrance stairs for safety.

Family Thanksgiving

We gathered the whole immediate family together to celebrate how thankful we are for each other. We enjoyed early morning walks on the beach and the kids playing in the sand. Also enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the beach, playing Frisbee, soccer and football. The younger ones played games and watched their favorite TV shows. A few braved going into the pool. Lots of fun!

Beach Bum fun

Our family had a great time. House was as good as advertised. The pool was great as was the beach access. The walk was about 10 minutes but we shuttled some of the little ones and the older. There was parking right across from the beach for $15 all day.

This property was great for our family. Very clean and comfortable. Nice pool area, well stocked kitchen for the cooks, and a short walk to the beach. We certainly enjoyed our stay!

Families trip

Traveling with some friends and both of our families. Great location, can walk to beach. The kids loved the pool. Awesome to have the connecting doors, perfect amount of separation and ability to be together. Would stay again!

Mom's 71st Birthday Trip

The property was really nice and clean. It was perfect for our entire family. Unfortunately we had to check out early due to inclement weather. The outdoor pool was an added bonus.

Family trip

We had a wonderful week of making lasting memories. This house was great for our family of 14. It was close to the beach and many other fun activities! Most of all, we enjoyed the pool! We will be back!

Big family vacation

we had a great stay. we had a full house from infant, todlers,young kid,adult kids, grand kids, grand parents and great grand parents and still had extra beds! everything was clean . the pool was the best! and the 4 minute walk to beach was perfect! Thank you for having us!

Enjoyable stay in Gulf Shores

This was our fourth time visiting Gulf Shores but our first time with our dog. This property fit our needs perfectly. There property had plenty of space for our large family and was in a great location. Just a short walk and we were on the beach. The surrounding neighborhood was pleasant and had a nice walking/biking path. The property itself was clean and when a couple minor issues arose the communication was prompt. It was another enjoyable family vacation in the books.

Awesome 60th Anniversary and Memorial Day weekend!

House was perfect for our group. Being above to cross back and forth between each place was great. Still gave some separation while still being together. Pool and underneath area were great for the entire group to visit together and enjoy the wonderful weather. Would definitely stay there again.
