The Space:

Get ready for the ultimate year-round Alpine Meadows getaway with your friends or family! This home is centrally located between multiple world class ski resorts in California: Palisades Tahoe Main Mountain (3.8 miles), Alpine Meadows at Palisades Tahoe (3.3 miles), Northstar Resort (18 miles), and Sugar Bowl Resort (20 miles). During the warmer days, pack a picnic to Commons Beach in Tahoe City, just 4 miles away, or experience a variety of activities such as river rafting, kayaking, and fishing on the Truckee River or walking and riding bikes along it - just steps away from the home! If you want to answer the call for adventure, harness your inner cowboy with horseback riding at the Alpine Meadows Stables only 0.5 miles away or grab your chalk bag and head for the towering granite walls to rock climb at Donner Summit (17 miles). From skiing and snowboarding, to fishing and river rafting, to hiking or biking, the possibilities are endless.



The living room features stunning mountain views, a flat screen TV, wood-burning fireplace, and comfortable leather seating. Light up the fireplace after a long day and get cozy with some hot chocolate. From here, you can access the balcony where you'll have an even better view of the surrounding mountains!



The modern kitchen is great for homemade meals and is well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, toaster, and more. There is a small dining table that extends to seat 6 comfortably (additional stools behind the kitchen trash can).



The primary bedroom has a King bed with en suite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom located downstairs has 2 Twin beds and the 3rd downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed. All beds have Tempur-Pedic toppers. The downstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with a separate shower and toilet with a vanity.



There is parking for 2 cars right in front of the condo. This property also includes a community hilltop pool (seasonal) located at the back of the complex.



Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time. Early check-in is not available for this property. Late check-out may be available but must be requested and approved no later than 10:00 AM local time the day before your scheduled departure. An additional fee of up to $60 will be charged for late check-out depending on the number of additional hours requested. Failure to abide by our check-out policy will result in additional fees.
