1 block to the beach and close to everything. Our 4BR/2BA house has a fully fenced backyard with sunshine, shade and a 5 person hot tub.
Our home has 3 king beds and one queen bed. There are 2 spacious living areas each with 55 inch Roku TVs and large sectionals with queen pullout beds.
The house can be split into two separate 2BR/1BA units by closing a hallway door. Each side has a separate kitchen.
We’re fully stocked with everything you need to vacation in sunny Cocoa Beach.
