1st ensuite bedroom- primary bedroom with a king-size bed and sliding glass door that opens to a private deck-perfect for morning coffee and relaxation. Located on the ground floor.

2nd ensuite bedroom- is upstairs with 2 crisp and comfortable twin beds. Perched among the treetops for a peaceful night's sleep.

Den- is a separate room on the ground floor with closing doors that offers flexibility as an extra guest space, TV room, or quiet retreat. There are 2 couches, one with a queen-size pullout bed. The guest bathroom with a ​shower is right off the den.

The open living area is bathed in natural light from skylights​ and sliding​ glass doors that lead to a spacious​ deck with a Weber grill, dining table, and potted fresh herbs- ideal for summer dining​ and entertaining​. The indoor dining table easily seats 6 and expands to host up to 10. The living room offers a​ great place to relax or entertain.

Kitchen​-is well equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Moccamaster Coffee Brewer.

3 full bathrooms- 2 ensuite and 1 guest bathroom as mentioned​. All have showers. Please note,​there are no bathtubs.

Close to East Hampton, Amagansett, Sag Harbor, and the ocean beaches. Enjoy all of the fabulous beaches, nature, restaurants​, wineries, shopping, theater,​ and more. Montauk is also a beautiful 30-minute​ drive.
