2 Adult and 2 youth kayaks with PFDs are available at the house for your use.
We’re just 15 minutes from Hwy. 31, and just 5 minutes from the charming sister towns of Whitehall & Montague.
Montague Foods has a large selection of high quality groceries, beer, and wine.
Check out the World’s Largest Weathervane before going in!
Also take advantage of the Farmers Market (and Artisan Market)
across the street on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
There are many interesting shops and restaurants in the White Lake area to check out such as Montague’s Dog n’ Suds, Book Nook and Java Shop & Figg’s boutique, and Whitehall’s Fetch Brewing, Colby Cafe & Brew, Pitkin’s Gift Shoppe, and Hanson Hill Waterfront Grille.
Whitelake.org is a great resource for the area attractions and the Calendar of Events like the Cruz’In Classic Car Show and those happening at the outdoor music pavilion. They have a downloadable Visitor’s Guide.
Be sure to stop by WaterDog Outfitters (Whitehall) - a superb outdoor recreation store that also provides bike & kayak rentals.
Both Armstrong’s (Whitehall) and Johnson’s (Montague) can assist with fishing gear and advice.

Our family is from Illinois and we built our dream home on white lake because we enjoy boating, hiking, fishing, kayaking and relaxing on and around the lake. We decided this will would retire here in the future and until then we would lake to share this amazing place with others. We know you will enjoy our home and this gem of an area, which will have you wanting to return again.

Our family has been going to White Lake for 25yrs and we dreamed of owning a home on this amazing lake. We finally built our dream home in a cove of White Lake. The lake feeds through a channel to Lake Michigan and its beautiful dune covered coastline. Best yet, the lake is surrounded by the two sister towns of Whitehall and Montague. You can walk, bike or even kayak to town to enjoy the shops, breweries, and many events put on by the city.
Cosa rende unica questa struttura
Our home is situated on the waterfront amongst beautiful mature oak trees in the corner of a cove. While sitting on our porch in the early morning, you will likely see bald eagles in our Oak trees. We access our home via a private road, which is accessible by just 3 other homes. We are next to maple grove park which has a beach, playground and a pavilion. You can bike to Montague in 7 mins and enjoy a quiet dinner.
