This home offers a blend of indoor and outdoor spaces to gather, relax and create lasting memories. There is the fully stocked kitchen, dining area that can comfortably seat 10 people, family room, vaulted and beamed living room with skylights, a loft and laundry area. Downstairs is an updated, spacious gathering room. You’ll find a master bedroom with a private bath, three guest bedrooms, and two additional full bathrooms. Perfect for rainy days or quieter afternoon times, there are many books, puzzles and games and a piano to enjoy.

The outdoor space is made for fun and relaxation. You will find a large patio, multiple seating areas, hammocks, and a large area for games such as badminton, volleyball or cornhole. Enjoy grilling and eating outside under the backyard patio lights. Many birds visit the area and there is bird food provided for the feeders. The shed is complete with games for all ages, and all the beach equipment you could need, including umbrellas, chairs, floats and toys. The enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
