Cute property but my complaints were, the listing stated a dishwasher and check out instructions mentioned to load dishwasher before leaving but no dishwasher to be found. I notified the host(Janiece, she was prompt and nice otherwise) she aplogized and asked us to wash our own dishes prior to leaving. I did it as a curtesy but I was not happy with that and was asked to load the towels in the washer prior to leaving. Why am i paying a cleaning fee if i have to clean up after myself? I don't mind loading a dishwasher or piling the towels in one spot for cleaners to handle but asking for us to do these things I didnt think was right. Also, the laundry room was reached by going out the front door, then down stairs to reach the garage through a separate locked entrance, then you would find the laundry machines which i thought wasnt convenient. Also, the shower pressure needs to be stronger and the mattresses were too soft. This is feedback for future renters and not a complaint. It is a cute little place in a good location. Walkable to a nearby toddler park and dog park and walkable to the boardwalk depending on how much stuff you have because theres an elevation change there but totally doable. Walked my dogs to the bridge that leads to the boardwalk and came back was about 1 mile ish. I booked this location because it appears clean and there was a cute set of toys for my baby to play with which is what truly won me over. Would i stay there again? Yes i suppose.
