Walk to town and beach from this updated 3BR house in historic Chatham

Recently renovated in 2025 to include updated bathrooms and new furnishings. A fantastic family rental steps from Main Street, beaches and Veterans Field. Completely updated throughout and located on a quiet dead-end street, just off the beaten path. Large Primary Suite on the 2nd floor with King bed and rollaway. Huge front yard with tons of room for running and lounging around. A great spot for a family with small kids - play areas just off the back yard as well as the large town playground one block away! Just blocks from children's beach at Oyster Pond - you won't need your car for much of this vacation!

Linens and towels are not included. They can be rented through Chatham Concierge at https://www.chathamconcierge.com. They will deliver and pickup used linens.

Beach towels are included.

Primary BR includes a roll-away twin and a twin pull-out for additional sleeping options.

No pets.
