Pacific Beach is highly walkable and bike-friendly. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available, and major San Diego attractions are only a short drive away.

☆ Pool heating is available for $250 per day. Please request heating prior to your arrival.

☆ The jacuzzi heating is manually controlled. It typically heats within approximately 40 minutes. The heater automatically cycles off periodically for pool filtration but can be restarted as needed.

☆ A crib is available onsite. Additional baby equipment can be rented through our BabyQuip partnership.

☆ The property features an exterior security camera above the front door and a noise monitoring device inside the home. The noise monitor does not record conversations and is used solely to help maintain community quiet hours.

☆ We require an additional rental agreement and government-issued ID verification after booking. Reservations may be canceled if these requirements are not completed within 24 hours.

☆ We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip from unexpected circumstances.

HOUSE RULES:
**Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to fine and/or termination by the Host without refund.**
1. No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy for this property is 10 people. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
2. No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property. There shall be a minimum fine of $1,000 for this violation.
3. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.
4. Must be 25 years and older to book.
5. No pets allowed on property unless specifically stated in the listing; there shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation. If pets are stated in the listing, then the following rules apply: Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No other species allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
6. Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7. A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8. No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.
9. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.
10. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligible. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
11. Additional rules may be posted at the property or provided in materials/information at the property.
12. Adhere to the quiet hours from 10PM-8AM to avoid removal from property per rental agreement. No amplified sound outside the property such as pool and hot tub area, fire pit or anywhere in the backyard. We strictly ask that you be inside the house after 9pm. Neighbors are very sensitive to vacation rentals and will complain. Please abide by these rules to avoid removal from property per rental agreement. There shall be a minimum fine of $1000 for this violation.
