They area was just what I needed close enough for all of my running around. Especially being literally steps from the beach.

The home was in a convenient location! We loved the ability to easily walk to the beach. The home was very nice and clean. There were a few maintenance issues like several outlets not working and carpet pulling off of one step. There were also only 2 body towels in each bathroom which was not enough for our group and we had to do lots of washing of towels. We had to purchase more toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing detergent as there was none for the dishes. The kitchen was stocked with basic kitchen items which was fine for us but it would not be considered a fully stocked kitchen. Despite those things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the communication with Madeline was fantastic before and after our stay.

Great location and unit, Poor attention to guest needs

This house was spacious for a group of 12 (8 adults and 4 kids, ages 5-8). Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom which was amazing. Property manager is very communicative and helpful. Amazing location - 1 block walking distance to the beach. This is the kind of place we would return to every year - except the house didn’t come with nearly enough supplies for a group of 12, who were traveling from all over the country and were staying for a week. The unit only provided 6 bath towels, 1 pack of TP (4 rolls), no dishwashing or laundry detergent. No basic cooking supplies beyond utensils, some pots/pans, plates, and cups. We spent the better part of our first day of vacation buying all of that. The unit comes with standard appliances, but the property manager informed me the dishwasher was not working before we arrived. She took care of it right away, which I appreciated. The dryer didn’t work though so we couldn’t dry our beach towels! It rained all week so outdoor line drying wasn’t an option. The property manager is truly great though- v. responsive and tried to find solutions. Seems like the owner is stubborn or cheap -says they only provide “starter supplies” which is wild to me. There are many rental units in the area and it is not asking for too much to expect working appliances and bath towels and TP rolls for the group size/duration. Not a good look to nickel dime basic guest needs like that with all the competition in the area. Great house but plan accordingly!

I love how easy it is to get on the beach and how Surfside offers something for the whole family. I appreciate the cleanliness and how family friendly it is! All of the restaurants are delicious and there’s a lot of variety.

What makes this property unique

Each room has its own private bathroom making it ideal for big groups. Brand new mattresses in every room making it comfortable for everyone. A lot of care and thought has gone into making it the perfect getaway for not only our family but yours!
