Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put bagged trash in the trash cans behind the house. Keep the straps on to deter pests and animals.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Out of respect for neighbors and wildlife, drive slowly when entering and leaving the property.
Please do not pick flowers from the garden.
Keep sand inside the house to a minimum. Do not leave beach equipment in the rain. If it is too sandy to bring in, you can store it cover on the deck.
