Mountain Thunder Lodge is beautifully decorated with an elegant but rustic

feel. The main floor grand lobby is a sitting area that features log accents,

slate floors, plush furniture, and a fireplace. These rustic motifs are

featured in each of Lodge's rooms and townhomes. Enjoy countless comforting

amenities like outdoor grills, two fitness rooms, laundry facilities, private

ski storage and more. Just two blocks to scenic Main Street, easily access by

foot unlimited shopping, restaurants, galleries, museums, ski/board/bike

rentals, and many other unique shops.



The lodge is also a short walk to the BreckConnect Gondola and offers guest's

convenient ski-in access via the Skyway Skiway. The Gondola takes you to Peaks

7 and 8, where you can catch the other lifts, sign up for lessons, enjoy the

half pipe and terrain park and access all of Breck. Or, simply take a load off

in your luxury condo or townhome.

Relaxing Stay

We really enjoyed staying at the property. The condo was in great condition, and the housekeeping service gave us everything we needed. We were quite comfortable and location was within walking distance to the gondola and downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great property. Slight mildew smell, and master bath toilet needs repair. Patio is terrific, overall great experience.

Not that clean and not stocked with basic amenities like soap.

Upon arrival, almost every flat surface in the unit was covered with a layer of dust. That isn't really a big deal and was easily cleaned, but it was an indicator of the overall attention to detail. There was no soap for the showers, no laundry detergent to do a load of clothes, etc. A rental shouldn't be fully stocked, but having a few of the basics is sure better than having to buy a box of detergent to do a single load of wash. We have stayed in neighboring townhomes in this development on a number of occasions. It is important to note that this one backs up to Ski Hill Road and you will hear the traffic if you leave the windows open.
