The rooftop patio is an outdoor oasis with panoramic views stretching from the majestic Flatirons to the surrounding urban landscape. The large roof deck provides ample space for outdoor lounging, dining, and entertaining under the open sky.
Experience Boulder like a local in this delightful 2-bedroom condo. The cozy space features 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and a living room with a comfy sofa bed. With heating and AC, guests can stay comfortable year-round. The 2 bathrooms offer a bidet and bathtub for added convenience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Love of mountains has brought me back from Texas to Colorado. I love spending quiet hours in mountains . I love interacting with nature lovers , book lovers and meditators like myself.
Why they chose this property
I acquired this property due to its proximity to mountains. It takes me 5 minutes to reach Foothills park and the adjoining mountains. Pearl Street is very close and so are the key hiking areas of Boulder. like the Flatiron or Boulder creek. The property is on a dedicated bike route and there are two parks in close proximity one in north and one immediate towards the east side. I can stay in the master bedroom or patio and can observe the changing colors and moods of the mountains all day long. I can walk down to the Safeway or the Taco Bell near by. They are all so close
What makes this property unique
The property is in the heart of Boulder city and has great connection to hikes, pearl street mall and all conveniences. The best part of the property is that it is very sunny and has positive vibes. The upper storey has 360 degree view of the entire city. and specially the mountains. One can have a candle light dinner at the rooftop with a full view of stars. The patio and the master bedroom are the best place to unwind.
