Great condo, loved the neighborhood. Just far enough from the bustle in PTown to be quiet but an easy 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Swam off the front deck daily. Place is cozy, but once everything is put away has plenty of space. Nicely decorated and enough room in the kitchen to cook breakfast. Mattress is cushy pillow top which depending on preference may be great or not. 5 minute walk to the Provincetown Inn pool which is open to the public. Relish - a great bakery/sandwich place is a 5 minute walk. Recommended!

Amazing Place!

Had a wonderful week here. Location is perfect. Quiet West End neighborhood steps away from Red Inn, Relish and Perry's, and a short walk to the town center. The unit is super clean and tastefully appointed. Absolutely loved the artwork. Will definitely stay again. Thanks, Katrina and Timber for being great hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Although tiny, it had everything we needed but additionally, it was perfectly appointed. Wonderful appliances, silverware, and artwork. The walks to town were a delight and we would definitely return.

Super!!!

It was was everything we were hoping for, close to everything, super clean and organized. Very up-to-date amenities. The location was spectacular and access to the beach is super. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxed, everyone that we met particularly a gentleman named Christopher was very kind and friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze, and the parking was very convenient. Will be looking forward to coming back!

Excellent Stay!

Everything was perfect. No issues or complaints. The place we stayed at was beautiful and elegant. The only thing we missed was tea. We didn’t bring any, but that wasn’t a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and plan on being back here again.

Fantastic Condo in a great location

This is the fifth condo I've rented in Provincetown for New Years Eve and it is by far the one I've enjoyed the most. The apartment is very well proportioned with the upstairs for cooking and living and the downstairs for the bathroom and bedroom. The location is close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops and bars of downtown, but nicely removed from all the noise and crowds. Watching the tides roll in and out in the bay was endlessly fascinating - being able to walk down to the sand in low tide was a lot of fun. Oh, and the kitchen was perfect for reheating the food that we bought. Depending on how much you cook, it might difficult to prepare a lot of food with an under the counter fridge, but for our long weekend, it was perfect. I loved the unit and the whole vibe of the community.

Holly Folly Weekend Stay

Quick trip to Ptown for a long weekend to visit with friends. Location was perfect on the west end and easy short walk into the center of town. Condo was exactly as pictured , comfortable and cozy. Great views of the harbor along with some amazing sunrises.

Great location and property

I was in Provincetown for a short visit, and would have happily stayed in this unit for another week! It is very comfortable (great bed), and the separation of the sleeping area from the kitchen and living/dining area is very nice. It has great views of the water, and if you love the west end, you can’t beat the location. I hope to come back another time.

Great location, beautiful property!

Excellent, picturesque location in the west end right on the water. Very clean and comfortable condo with great linens on the beds and a nice kitchen. We really enjoyed our time and would stay again!

Beautiful spot

This grouping of condos on the West End is our favorite spot — we have stayed in a few of them over the years. This one was excellent! We really enjoyed the deck with the view of the bay. Kitchen was well appointed. Place was very clean, bright, and well organized. Linens were top notch! Loved hearing the tide come in— just the best. The only thing I would mention is that the bed is very soft/pillow-top (which I’m sure some people love, just wasn’t for us).

Perfect Getaway

Oh wow, we absolutely loved this place. A perfect location on the water and in a quiet part of town, but still just a 15 minute walk to the center. Relish is a cute little store just a couple minutes away that has a lot of great options for breakfast and lunch. The private and shared decks made for plenty of lazy days, along with some beach time during low tide. The unit is contemporary and clean but still has plenty of charm. With windows on both sides we always had a nice cross breeze and didn’t even need the AC. And the bed is super comfortable. Katrina has outfitted the space with pretty much everything you’ll need, including plenty of equipment in the kitchen and nice beach chairs and an umbrella. She was great about communication but left us alone during our stay. We’re already talking about returning next summer. Thank you!

Anniversary at the Cape

This was the perfect spot for spending our anniversary at Cape Cod. Yes, the condo is small, but the use of space is excellent and all the amenities are present including free coffee and bottles of water - a nice touch after a long drive. The spot was cozy and perfect for two people, and it's right on the beach which is amazing! The walk into town is easy, but the location itself is quiet and peaceful away from the noise of nightlife. This was everything we could have asked for in our long romantic weekend away. The condo is clean and directions from the owner were clear. We had a wonderful time and would happily return. Thank you!

Sweet Heaven

The property is nested on the quiet west side of town. It's less than 10 min walk to the nearest coffee shop. The designated parking area is not too far from the property either; ~5 min walk through a nice neighborhood with beautiful homes. Personally, Katrina's home for us was "home away from home". The property is equipped with everything you will need for your stay: soft towels, hot running water, a great working AC system, ceiling fans, two flat TV's with Xfinity cable and excellent wifi connectivity. You can see the beautiful ocean from the second deck and easy access to the water from the first deck. Our favorite part was the bed. The mattress was soft and the bed sheets were high quality linen. We got a full nights rest each night. A special thank you to Katrina for the Coffee machine and K-Cups. We made coffee each morning and watched the sunrise from our balcony. What a special treat. This home was the highlight of our visit to Provincetown. Make sure to checkout: Liz's Cafe, Cafe Heaven, and walk up the Pilgrim Monument for spectacular views of the land and ocean. Book this property and enjoy your visit!

Perfect P-town Stay

I loved this place! The tide comes in and you can hear the ocean lapping at the piers just under your bed! The location was perfect for me, as I was with a group staying mostly at the Inn at Land's End, but it is a bit of a walk to the town center. My only complaint was that the electric lock to gain entry was glitchy, and sometimes it took some time to "wake" it up enough to input the code. But other than that, this is a fantastic option for a couple or a single traveler, and I'll definitely stay there again!

Nice.

Our condo was very cute and also very small. I knew it was for two people, but the bathroom was extremely small. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors even when they were talking in a normal voice. It’s not very close to the center of town so we walked a lot. Not a bad thing, but I would not stay that far west again. The parking spaces were at least a five minute walk away, which was fine except at night in the dark. Again, the place was nice. The checkin and checkout process was seamless. Not knowing PTown was a disadvantage as we would have made a different decision based on our needs.
