Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage located towards the front of Bear Lake Reserve. Bear Lake Reserve combines mountain living with modern comfort. Located towards the front of the Bear Lake 2100 acre property, our Boulder Creek Cottage is the perfect mountain getaway. Behind this home is a custom firepit overlooking Boulder Creek. The home is beautifully decorated and has a screened back porch with a gas log fireplace and propane grill. The Great room also features a gas log fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. The Master Bedroom Suite features a king size bed and a private bath with granite counter tops, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. This split bedroom floor plan hosts a second full bath and 2 additional guest bedrooms. This home is not pet friendly
