Welcome to our luxurious lakefront log cabin nestled in the breathtaking mountains of North Carolina. This exquisite retreat blends rustic charm with modern elegance, offering the perfect getaway for families, couples, groups or wedding parties looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. Conveniently located in close proximity to Castle Ladyhawke & Running Cedar Springs wedding venues.

The open-concept living area features soaring ceilings and large windows, allowing for natural light and stunning lake views. Relax in front of one of the cozy gas log fireplaces or enjoy movie nights or ball games with loved ones along with our wonderful foosball table.

Our fully equipped kitchens boast high-end appliances and ample counter space, perfect for preparing a delicious meal after a day of adventure. Gather around the dining table for memorable meals with a view.

This cabin comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests, with 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. Each room is designed for relaxation and tranquility, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Step outside to one of two private decks, where you can soak in the sun, fire up the grill, fire table or downstairs relax in the hot tub, rock in rockers or stretch out in the hammock. Or simply enjoy the serene lakefront ambiance. The property includes a dock for kayaking, fishing, or swimming in the serene waters of Cedar Cliff Lake. For your paddling enjoyment, we provide 6 recreational kayaks, 2 canoes, a rowboat & peddle boat. With our 4 slip boat dock, feel free to bring your own boat. Just dock and use during your stay. Also we have lifejackets of many sizes, paddles and oars. A fenced playground with swings is a popular feature as well.

Enjoyed the three levels of living space. Each level has a bathroom (3) and a kitchen and fireplace on two levels. The boys ages 12, 6, and 4 enjoyed the foosball table and games provided. Fireplaces and fire pit have electric timers, so it was safe and convenient. The view of the lake and mountains are spectacular and we enjoyed all the water craft on the lake!

Great weekend away

Perfect property for a weekend getaway. The road to get there is a little sketchy, but no problem for 4-wheel drive vehicles. Beautiful view, well-stocked kitchens, and clean bedrooms/bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Serenity on Cedar was a nice spot for our family. Separate area downstairs was perfect for the younger ones. Quite the incline on entrance drive, glad we had good weather! Good location close to trails to the south and Whee/Sylva to the north.

Best Thanksgiving trip ever

The property was even better than expected. We've been going on trips to the mountains for several years and this is easily the nicest place we've ever stayed. It actually sleeps the number of people the listing states, the boats are in excellent condition, the kitchen is well-appointed, and the hot tub is nice and big. It's also nice and secluded so you can enjoy peace and privacy while only being around 20 minutes from grocery stores.

This property Is located in a beautiful setting. Cabin was very nice. Best equipped kitchen I have ever had in a rental vacation property. Carol answered all my questions and checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. Property was exactly as described on website.

Perfect Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much. We had a family of 8 staying in this accommodating cabin. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and loved that we could all eat at the large dining table together. There was plenty of room to spread out and get alone time if needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor space as well as fishing off the dock, pedal boating and canoeing. We ventured out to Cashiers one day and visited downtown, Whitewater falls and Silver Run falls.

Awesome Our family loves Serenity on Cedar so much that we have now stayed here three years!!! in a row. We have always loved everything about this cabin and solitude and lake location.Our host, Carol, makes sure we are fully informed about everything. Carol helps to make our visits remarkable and worry free. The cabin is clean and well maintained and fully stocked. The two decks offer excellent views of the calm lake and the smokey mountains. They also offer a large hot tub and hammock and fire pit. The children really enjoyed the canoe, kayaks, peddle boat, and Jon boat. We left very relaxed.

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed the house and the view of the lake even though the construction across the way was going on while we were there. It was nice to have 3 levels - one for each family to use and the extra kitchen helped to supplement the well supplied main kitchen. We had a great time.
