This cottage is located in a small compound of 5 other beach cottages. Linens/Blankets/Pillows/Towels/Washcloths/Soap. Wi-Fi, Gas Grill. Picnic Table and Outdoor Shower. Parking for 3 cars.
Get take-out seafood or ice cream at The Barnacle, a great seaside restaurant right next door. Take a short ride to Historic Main Street in Hyannis and the Cape Cod Mall.
Comfortable living room with a sectional sofa and a new 40-inch Smart TV.
Kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and toaster. Pots, dishes and utensils are provided. Kitchenette island sits 5 people.
Bedroom #1: One Queen Bed and one Day Bed with a twin mattress.
Bedroom #2: One Queen Bed and one Day Bed with two twin mattresses.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please DON'T make the beds before you leave because it confuses the cleaning crew.
Please DON'T close the window blinds before you check out. Let the Sunshine In!
Please discard trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
$25 charge for each half hour a guest stays past 10am on check-out day. The cleaning crew (separate company) arrives at 10am on check-out day so the cottage must be vacant for them to begin cleaning
