Summer Place is an exciting newly renovated beach house that brings the old and new together with 9'6" high bead board ceiling, newly stain hardwood floors with some old driftwood flooring, stain glass, key west style window shutters, river rock stone gas fireplace, beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated, quality beds and linens, central air, deck with gas fire pit and wood burning fire pit for those roasting marsh mellow nights, T.V. in every bedrooms, covered parking, Water/ marsh views from several different rooms, all situated in a great location only two short blocks to a 7 mile long sandy beach, close by you can walk to several restaurant and a lobster pound. PICKLEBALL COURTS NEAR BY, ask me for a net.... ....Easy access into Portland ( 12 miles) or catch a trolley to Old Orchard Beach and the pier (2 miles)....... Excellent location. Easy drive to and from Portland and other areas of Maine. Walkable neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Easy walk to the beach (couple blocks away) where you can stroll up and down for several miles. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group of 8 adults to relax indoors or outdoors. Would definitely stay here again if/when I return to the area!

We loved this property! Excellent location just blocks from the beach with pretty views of the marsh. Fully stocked kitchen made family meals easy to prepare plus several indoor and outdoor gathering spaces make this a great family rental. We’ll definitely return!

Charming, fully and very nicely renovated cottage - 4 bedrooms and 4 baths! not easy to find. Picturesque Scarborough Marsh on one side and fabulous Pine Point beach on the other. Our second stay! Family loved it.

Wonderful Home!

This was a very quaint, clean, comfortable, and “Maine-feeling” home!! The decor was darling and plenty of space for all of us six adults! Beds were also very comfortable, and we loved watching people go out to the marsh to search for clams! Excellent home in Scarborough!

What an amazing property and fantastic location! Great space for extended family, well equipped with everything you need. The weather didn’t cooperate over Memorial Day weekend, and we were so thankful for such a fabulous house with lots of space to play board games and cook family dinners. We will absolutely be back. 4 parking spots only work if cars are very small.

Pine Point getaway

Lovely home in a really nice community, very walkable to enjoy the fresh air and beach. Lots of restaurants with outstanding seafood. This property is not very good for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise an excellent choice.

Always love this location

We have been staying in this area for years. This house has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Big living room for everyone to be together. Close walk to the beach. Dog friendly as well. We stayed here 2 years in a row.

Picture-Perfect Pine Point

Perfectly located on Jones Creek for backyard access to kayaking, beautiful sunsets, and short walks to the beach and neighborhood restaurants. The home had ample space for our multi-generational family, ages 11 months to 86 yo. We hope to make it our annual vacation destination!
