About this property

Walk to the beach and the Port! Brand new HVAC!

Renovated kitchen/dining area and all 3 bathrooms have been updated, as well. Brand new HVAC system installed in each bedroom and the family room area. 1 King, 2 queens, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 1 trundle bed. We have provided everything you need for cooking at home (including lobster pot and crackers, etc). There are books for all ages, games, puzzles, a game room in the garage with a foosball table, bumper pool and corn hole. Large 55' flat screen TV and 2 other flat screens in bedrooms. Large yard with deck, gas grill, hammock, and plenty of room for lounging around. Beach passes are provided if you prefer to drive to the beach.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent Vacation Space For Large Groups

Our group of 6 adults and 6 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Just Landed. The house is well-maintained with plenty of space, and so convenient to the beach and to Kennebunk/Kennebunkport. Highly recommended.

Enjoyable Kennebunk Vacation...

Our vacation to Kennebunk turned out to be extremely enjoyable...the 33 Fairway property is nice and located in a very good neighborhood...that is ideally located for quick trips into KPT, local beaches, shopping and restaurants...and actually for any destination in Southern Maine...beach passes provided were perfect for Gooch and Mothers...great beaches for the family...thank you for your hospitality ...we look forward to returning to the area next year.

Home Away from Home

The house is absolutely wonderful! We are a family of 11 and it was just like being home! Jeff was very responsive with the questions we had! Definitely one of the Top Places to Stay in Maine!!

Home Away From Home

The minute we stepped into this wonderful vacation rental, we felt right at home! The location was near everything including beaches, restaurants, shops and grocery store. The home was well stocked and very roomy for our family of 7. We would highly recommend this home for a stress free vacation in Kennebunk and the surrounding areas!

Exactly what we needed

We rented this house for a girl's weekend in the fall. It was perfect - plenty of space, comfortable, fully equipped, easy walk to the beach, etc. We even have thought of making this a bi-annual trip and staying in the same house each time. It was perfect!

Family vacation

8 adults & 3 children stayed comfortably in this clean, adorable, well supplied home. 1 mile from the beach or the town. We had a great time around the fire pit every night after a day at Gooch beach, so clean and not too crowded! Ping pong table was a great addition as well! I would definitely recommend this house for a week at the beach!

Great location and house had plenty of space for everyone to relax.

The location of house is perfectly situated near lots of things to do. Groceries, highway and fresh seafood are all close by. Kids found plenty of room to spread out and loved the games in the garage and the outdoor swings. Kitchen was large enough to cook and store food. Owners left firewood so we could enjoy a fire and smores.....nice touch! We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Convenient location with room to spare

Spent the week in Kennebunk for our annual family trip to Maine. This house is conveniently located between the Kennebunk beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. Neither are easily walkable with kids, but the owners provide beach parking passes and bicycles which made it easy to go to either. House was spacious and very clean. Plenty of activities in the garage and house for rainy days too!

Kennebunk Gem

Our family of 11 recently stayed at the "Just Landed " house in Kennebunk and everything was as advertised. The house was clean and well stocked and located a short distance from town. Jeff and Kristen responded quickly to a couple of small problems that popped up so our good time was not interrupted. The new AC units in the bedrooms were a big plus since the temps hit the mid 80's a couple of days. If you looking for a place to handle a large group close to town with responsive hosts then this is the house for you.

Great week in Kennebunk

We had a wonderful week in Kennebunk. The house was wonderful for adults and kids. The house was spacious and had a great layout. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was great having the two beach passes for parking at the beach. The walk to the beach was okay for adults but would have been long for kids and all the beach gear. Lots of things to do at the house for a rainy day with the table games in the garage, board games, and lots of TVs throughout the house. The window AC units and fans were nice when it got warm. We are thankful we found this house for our beach trip!

Fantastic Home

We came from different parts of the country to gather for our daughter's wedding in Wells, ME and Just Landed was the perfect home for us. Our party included 4 children and the yard provided a place to play for them and they enjoyed the air hockey in the garage. We cooked most meals at home and found everything we needed from the BBQ on the deck to any type of dish/glass you might need. Some days we walked to the beach and others drove using the parking passes provided. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful home for us and we hope to visit again.

A family summer vacation

The house is very clean! It has areas for the family to gather. In garage with table top games, back yard with table for 8 and a fire pit. Everything you need for the beach including parking permit. It says a short walk to the beach but no one in our group agreed on that, Maybe use one of the bikes provide. Located 1/2 between Wells and Kennebunk / Kennebunkport made it quick to get to shops and restaurants (ice cream locations). If you are flying in everything is provided but sheets, groceries and paper goods. Great place!!!

Perfect for large group

This is a darling cottage with enough space to spread out. I've rented dozens of houses over the years and what makes this stand out is all of the extras supplied in the house: bikes, beach chairs, fun games in the garage, and for the yard, logs for fire pit and all kinds of kitchen supplies...plus much more! We had plenty of room for 8. One big drawback, but standard for the area I noticed, is having to bring or rent the linens. It added another $300+ !

A very enjoyable stay

We had a very enjoyable time at this cosy place. The house was very clean and the kitchen well equiped. The rooms very spacious and well laid out. The listing photos reflect the rental's appearance and amenties but do not do justice to the actual house as of this date. The house and rooms are a lot better than what the photos display. I am sure the owners will update the website with better photos. Even though we did not meet the owners in person, they were very pleasant, caring and accomodating. We enoyed the place so much that we extended our stay for the long weekend. Close to the beach and village of Kennebunkport. Pleasant walk to both locations. The beach passes make it very convenient to go back and forth to the beach. The sandwich shop at the courner of Route 9 and Sea Rd is great for take out lunches on the beach. Loved their lobster rolls. Definitely recommend this to a group of couples or a large family.

Spacious an Clean

It's a beautiful house within walking distance of the beach and downtown Kennebunkport. There's a well equipped kitchen and plenty of beds for a family (or as in our case, shared family from different states) My only complaints would be the necessity to rent towels or pack them (this makes it difficult for those who fly and don't drive with the family for a week at the beach and towel rental was around $300 for the 3 days we were there), the road noise when sitting out and enjoying the beautiful backyard (with fire pit!) and it would have been nice to have a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom(discovered too late - haha), and maybe some little soaps in the bathrooms. Kristen was very easy to communicate with, cooperated in getting us into the house to coordinate with flights, and again, the house is cozy yet spacious and very clean and for those who come for a beach stay, the parking tags that come with the rental are worth quite a bit and a very nice touch! (There are also games like a ping pong table in the garage, videos, books, and 3 TVs with cable for those who may have a rainy day or two.) I definitely recommend anyone considering it to stay here.

Great Family Getaway

Jeffrey and Kristen were very accommodating hosts. We were a family of 6 with 4 young adult children. Their beautiful home was exactly as described with easy access and so many amenities. These included a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, outdoor deck and table, fire pit and individual room air condiitoners. The host was readily accessible via text when we needed help in using the washing macchine. They responded promptly when one of the toilets malfunctioned and apologized for the inconvenience. Would stay here again if available.

Wedding Week

Our group stayed in this house for my brothers wedding. It comfortable sleeps everyone in a bed and has all the amenities that we were looking for, 3 full bathrooms was a big bonus. Great location from the center of town as well as the beach. Perfect for large parties or families with children traveling together. This was a re-booking due to Covid and the host was incredibly accommodating and informative. Couldn't have asked for more!

Ladies weekend in Kennebunk...

Karen and Jeff's house worked out great for the 12 of us ladies. We had some issues with the heat when we first arrived. When we called Jeff he was accommodating and understanding of the situation. In the morning he had his heating company drop by to fix the problem. Other than the heat issue we had a fabulous weekend! Thank you Jeff and Karen.

Great Stay at the End of August

We loved staying at this house. It had something for everyone from my 78-year-old mother to my 4-year-old daughter. The kids especially like the comfortable coach in the family room next to the kitchen and the games in the garage. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us. It was a nice to have the choice of bedrooms on the 1st or second floor. It was close to the center of town and the beach. We drove to both because of the ages in our party, but I could see them being walkable. The kids really enjoyed the tide pools at Mother's Beach and the candy store in town. We would definitely stay at this house again. Thanks for a great stay!

Jeff and Kristen raised their four daughters in the suburbs of Boston. We have roots in Massachusetts and Maine. Jeff attended high school in northern Maine and graduated from the US Naval Academy so I guess you could say he has had a love of the ocean for a long time!

Why they chose this property

The southern coast of Maine has been part of our life since we can remember! We have such fond memories of watching the sunrise with our siblings and cousins and shucking clams for my grandmother to make homemade clam chowder. The long days spent on the beach were always followed by cookouts, tag, and catching fireflies. We honestly don't think we could be happy without being near the ocean. Something about it gives us energy and peace! We purchased this house as an eventual retirement home. It is a dream come true for us to have a home near the beach in Kennebunk.

What makes this property unique

This house made the most sense for us because it has lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and a room over the garage that we will eventually refinish for even more company! We love spending time with family and friends at the beach, and we wanted a place that had the space for them to stay with us.
