Perfect for light cooking or extended stays, the kitchenette includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials: plates, mugs, utensils, cookware, and complimentary K-cups and bottled water.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Leave the keys inside on the table or return to the lockbox.
Turn thermostat to 68 degrees. Turn off all lights. Make sure faucets are off. Start dishwasher if dirty dishes are left.
Place all trash in a garage bag and place in the blue bin outside. Extra bags are under the kitchen sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
