We had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your food. The neighborhood looks a bit shabby, but don’t let that stop you from staying here. The host was quick to respond to any questions.

Highly recommend if you need to stay close to the Olympic Training Center. It is conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable and the host was responsive. I had to change my dates from my original booking, due to the dates of the event changing, and it was done quickly. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything about this place was great. Katherine, our host, was prompt and above and beyond with each question. We experienced a small matter and her response and follow up were immediate. We would definitely come here again and I have already suggested this place to others.

This was the perfect place for our stay! Located central to all of the activities we wanted to do in Co Springs and surrounding towns. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate. The house looks small from outside, but is well laid out and the bedrooms are good sized. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with essentials for cooking at the house. We loved that the teens could take the space in the basement for sleeping and hanging out. Katherine communicated very well and quickly addressed the small issue we had during our stay. We would definitely book this property again!

So cute!

This place was perfect for our group!! Everything was clean and in great shape! Beds were comfortable! It’s conveniently located! If we are ever in Colorado Springs again we would definitely stay here again!

The house was so quaint and conveniently located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. 2 bedrooms on main floor and 2 in the basement made it a great family space. House was fully equipped with everything we needed! I loved the auto lock feature on the front door. Neighborhood is quiet, very little road noise. We travel quite a bit and I am picky about beds. I have to say that this space had some of the most comfortable beds and pillows we've ever experienced. Our host was an absolute gem! She even set up about a 3 ft Christmas tree for our visit, a totally unexpected but welcomed surprise! She was accommodating and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again!!

The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We had 7 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of space. We only ate breakfast in the house but there seemed to be adequate kitchen utensils and cooking gear. There are 2 window units, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. We were comfortable with those two units. The neighborhood seemed fine. It is a good location to hiking and downtown.

This property has been one of my favorite VRBOs. The attention to detail was great. I appreciate having soap, paper products needed, laundry detergent all supplied. Makes traveling much easier! The only thing that I would suggest is adding mattress covers to all mattresses.
