2nd bedroom is large with a king bed and queen futon. This phenomenal property offers a roomy open concept living room with queen sofa bed in living room for extra guests and an additional roll away twin bed.

Home offers a large fully stocked kitchen with lots of natural light making your mountain stay homey which will create a perfect home base for your Hendersonville adventures.

House is situated close to local apple orchards and nearby wineries such as Burnt Shirt Vineyards, St. Paul Winery, and Pointe Look Out. With shopping, grocery stores, and dining within a 10 minute drive and 12 minute drive to enjoy the heart of downtown Hendersonville’s Main Street. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. Great outdoor exploration and hiking is close by. Easy access to I-26 within 10 minute drive.

Home is one level and completely wheelchair accessible throughout with master bath shower wheelchair accessible to help make it easy. Also, has small ramp side entry in the home and ramp leading to the back patio so all can enjoy the outdoor living.

There are pastures behind the home so you may catch a glimpse of horses grazing in the fields close by. Stroll to the top of the property and sit in the gazebo with a porch swing and enjoy an incredible mountain sunset viewing.

What a great place! It is larger, brighter and more peaceful than photos can convey. Shelby is a very responsive and gracious host. She even provided some local coffee and snacks. The kitchen is large and had everything we could have thought of. In addition to a front porch, a back deck and a sunroom, the huge covered patio was where we spent a lot of time. Highly recommend!

This house was great!! It was well situated to Hendersonville and so easy to come and go as needed. The house was incredibly clean and stocked with thoughtful touches from the stocked snack basket and K-Cups in the kitchen to the throw blankets in the living room. The furniture was comfortable and the internet speed was fast. My wife and I very much appreciated the accessibility of the house - no stairs, ramps where we needed them, and plenty of grab bars in the walk in shower. We had a great time and hope to book here again the next time we are in Hendersonville.

We stay in a lot of vacation rentals each year and this one was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. It checked off all the boxes. Location, clean, well equipped, very responsive owners and an outstanding view. We will definitely be staying here again. We can’t say enough positive things about this rental. You’ll have to come see for yourself.

Shelby was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was very well set up and had most everything you could need to cook. The house was very clean and comfortable and on a beautiful property.
