The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock the Kwikset key pad with your code then press lock. Make sure the deadbolt has locked. Cleaning persons come at shortly after 10am.
Take all bathroom, used/unused food and kitchen trash to bin outside. Remove all bed linens. Put away sofa beds. Put used linens and towels on floor at washing machine. Lock/close all windows/doors
Security deposits may be affected if: Vomiting/ illness in home occurs, décor/inventory is missing/ broken; smoking (no smoking of vaping of any kind) or pet rules (no pets) have been broken.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Virginia was a fantastic host and made the whole process very easy and understandable for us. The condo was maybe the nicest we have stayed in since we started using VRBO over 10 years ago. It was decorated so well and had everything we could ever need and even more. Virgina also added several nice touches which were really appreciated. We would be happy to stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We love walking to the nearby bars and restaurants and the peaceful beachfront, of course! The neighborhood has a lovely trolly running north and south along the beachfront. There are tons of attractions like mini golf, the waterpark in IRB, upscale restaurants and bars as well as kayaking, jet skiing, fishing charters, etc.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is on the third floor penthouse with elevator and stairs access. And we have Guppy’s across the street, coco’s beach bar down about 3-4 min walk, as well as a coffee bar in either direction the same distance 2-3 min walk min walk, Beach Waves beach bar right near Paris coffee /pastry bar and Grove coffee an breakfast bar south 5 min walk in addition to nail /pedicure spa, grocery store right there as well as a pizza place. The Trolley is right outside also! That runs north to Clearwater beach and south to treasure island and Madeira beach as well as St. John’s pass.

Our property is stylish and chic. We have created a calm 'salty sanctuary' for our guests with many amenities right on the beach! You have a partial ocean view from the balcony and you have an elevator, pool, spa and BBQ directly to the beach! ASK ME about a free photo shoot with my iPhone 16!
