Our place sits at the end of the peninsula: one property from the calm, warm bay and about 100 yards from the ocean. Two very different beaches, a two-minute walk apart. Wake up to water views, spend the day on the sand, and come home to your own kitchenette, BBQ, and private carport with a bistro table.

It's a cozy one-bedroom that sleeps four on a quiet block — a perfect base for a small family to enjoy both the beach and the bay.

THE SPACE

Private ground-floor home with its own entry, patio, BBQ, and parking. Sleeps 4 — a queen bedroom plus a full convertible sofa.

Included: kitchenette (cookware, Keurig, blender, toaster), smart TV with Netflix, dependable WiFi, all linens and towels, free washer/dryer with detergent, ceiling and standing fans, covered parking for one vehicle, BBQ with propane, beach gear (boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, towels), and an outdoor rinse hose.

GOOD TO KNOW

We have a portable air conditioning unit set up in the bedroom - the coastal breeze keeps things comfortable most of the year. We also provide a space heater.

Quiet neighborhood, quiet hours after 10 PM, a relaxing base, not a party spot.

Free covered parking for one car; extra cars use nearby lots or street parking.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in after 3 PM (coded door, no key exchange). No early check-in / late check-out, but we'll hold bags. Quiet hours after 10 PM. No parties, no smoking, no pets. Violations forfeit the security deposit.

STAYS & MINIMUMS

Message to confirm availability before booking. 2 nights weekdays, 4 nights weekends, one week Sat–Sat in summer (mid-June – mid-August), 5 nights Thanksgiving and winter holidays.
