We are 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, 12 minutes to the Biltmore entrance gate, and 7 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Our cozy home in Fairview is the ideal base from which to venture out and enjoy all that our beautiful area has to offer.

Came for a girls long weekend. House was just like the pictures. Very Clean and well appointed with essentials. Close to the Biltmore Estate, Black Mountain and 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. Thanks for hosting us. We enjoyed all the local restaurants , music and arts and crafts.

We booked this property at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised that it was available. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The home was exactly as pictured and described in the listing—immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind.The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything we needed. All amenities were provided, and the hot tub was clean, ready to use, and a wonderful bonus. The owners also supplied games for the kids, and the arcade-style game was an absolute hit with our family.The property offered stunning mountain views and plenty of opportunities to enjoy local wildlife. We were even lucky enough to spot a bear casually strolling down the street, which made our stay even more memorable.Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with our family. We had an amazing stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to others.

This home is beautiful and well stocked. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the TVs in every bedroom and my 10-year-old was FULLY entertained with the Ms Pac-Man video game! The host was super chill and great at communicating with me, even on a holiday weekend! The house is in a lovely community, super close to Asheville. It was a perfect place to enjoy a 3-day weekend. I’d give her 10 stars out of 5 if I could! We look forward to coming back one of these days! Thank you!!!
