We’re not a hotel chain or big corporation…just a family whose dream was always to own property in the mountains. We love Breckenridge because it’s a real town with a real history dating back to 1859, much of which has been carefully preserved in Colorado’s largest historic district. The skiing is fabulous, but the summers have kept us coming back since 1999. You CANNOT get bored here: outside of the amazing array of winter sports (downhill skiing, cross-county skiing, heli-skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dogsledding, ice climbing, sleigh riding), there’s a dizzying array of 3-season outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding, golfing, white water rafting, kayaking, ballooning, swimming, running, tennis…pretty much something for everyone! Our condo is a great, peaceful escape for our family, and we’re anxious to share it with you on your next mountain vacation!

The location of the Village at Breckenridge can't be beat...ski-in for lunch and walk to just about everything in town. Beautiful space in an awesome location

My family of 4 absolutely loved this place! Beautiful space, gorgeous views, very easy to access, and very quiet community (I couldn't hear any other occupants, though we certainly saw people in the hall and elevators). The only downside was having to leave! My sons are already saying we have to return to Breckenridge and MUST stay at this exact location again....

We had a few small needs for communication with the owner who was prompt, courteous, and helpful in all contact. Thanks so much for sharing this special space!

Owner's Response: You make a good point about not hearing the other occupants of the building. We have a great location on the top floor, southeast corner of the building so we only have to share one common wall with neighbors. Also, we're on the side of the building opposite of the road with only the Blue River and Maggie Pond below. It's a great set-up that really minimizes any man-made noise.

Owner's Response: We really like the layout of the condo. The bedrooms are separated by the living area which affords lots of privacy between rooms. The master bedroom has its own private access to the main deck, and the second bedroom opens out onto a smaller, "Juliet-style" balcony. Both have screen doors so you can listen to the burble of the Blue River below.

We had an amazing time during our stay at this condo. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous views from the balcony! Within walking distance to Main Street and many restaurants.

Great location and condo

Our family of four stayed at this condo the last week of June. The location is great and the views are tremendous! The unit is fully equipped with all necessities and is within walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this property! Karen Jefferson and family.

Summer in Breck

We have stayed at many properties in Breckenridge over the years and this is our new favorite. The central location is perfect and you can walk easily to anywhere in town. The views are excellent from the unit and it is quite enjoyable to return from a day of cycling and relax on the balcony and watch the action below and mountains above. The condo is comfortable, well maintained, nicely laid out and well equipped. The owner is prompt, attentive and friendly. We left feeling we had received excellent value for our dollar and are already anticipating a return this Fall.

Owner's Response: What can we say? I truly believe our location is not only the best in town but the best in the complex! We are on the top floor, southeast corner of the Wetterhorn Building with fantastic views of the mountains, town, Maggie Pond, Blue River, and ski resort. And since we are smack dab in the middle of downtown Breckenridge, most people find they don't need a car once they get here.

No need for a car once you're here...walk to pretty much everything in town! Numerous companies provide shuttle service to/from Denver Intl Airport, like Colorado Mountain Express (800-525-6363). Breckenridge 'Free Ride' provides complimentary bus transportation around town. Summit Stage provides free bus transportation from Breckenridge to other locations in Summit County, including Copper Mountain and Keystone ski resorts, Frisco, Dillon, and the Outlet Shops at Silverthorne.
