You’ll have full access to the studio and all included amenities. We supply boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys—everything needed for a full day of fun. There’s also a surf rental shop just a 3-minute walk away offering surfboards, wetsuits, paddle boards, kayaks, and more.

Guests may also use the coin-operated washer and dryer shared with the other units. Guest hours are before 10 AM or after 3 PM (reserved for housekeeping between 10 AM–3 PM).

Welcome to your cozy 350 sq ft Mission Beach studio—perfect for 1–2 guests. Located right between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay, you’re just steps from sandy beaches, surf, and scenic boardwalks in either direction. The studio features a comfortable Queen bed, loveseat, bathroom, and a compact fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for easy meals. A window A/C unit and ceiling fan keep the space cool, and the Roku TV (with Netflix, Prime Video, live channels, and more using your login) plus fast WiFi ensure you stay connected.

Please note: the shower is small, and the loveseat is not suitable for sleeping.

For added convenience, guests have access to a coin-operated washer and dryer shared with the other units in the building. Guest hours are before 10 AM or after 3 PM, as the machines are reserved for housekeeping during turnover hours (10 AM–3 PM)

If you prefer not to do laundry yourself, there is a nearby laundromat within walking distance that offers an affordable drop-off wash-and-fold service—just drop it off in the morning and pick it up freshly cleaned and neatly folded by day’s end.

We provide hotel-style essentials—hair dryer, iron, fresh linens—plus beach towels so you can travel light. With a private, homey atmosphere in one of San Diego’s top coastal neighborhoods, this retreat lets you vacation like a local while staying steps from everything Mission Beach offers.

No designated parking: Street parking is extremely difficult during summer and weekends since the studio is directly across from the beach. It’s easier during off-season. Two free public lots are nearby at Santa Clara Point and El Carmel Point.

Most guests prefer Uber/Lyft, and once you’re here, everything you need—beaches, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops—is within walking distance.

This studio is cozy and compact and best for 1–2 adults.

We provide a Pack ’n Play and high chair upon request, but floor space will be very limited once the Pack ’n Play is set up.
