Basecamp sits in a peaceful neighborhood backed by Forest Service access, perfectly placed between Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Enjoy quick trips to top ski resorts—Northstar (13 mi), Palisades (12 mi), Alpine Meadows (11 mi), and Diamond Peak (15mi). Beaches like Skylandia (3 mi) and Tahoe Vista (6 mi) are close by. A paved bike trail right behind the house leads straight to Tahoe City. Adventure starts at Basecamp.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
IF trundles are used please remove used sheets and put back beds where they were found.
Please straighten up ensure all extra blankets are returned to there original place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-There is no street parking from November 1 - May 1 you will be fined by the county -There is space for only 5 vehicles (midsize Suv's) in driveway
-No parties or large gatherings quiet hours begin at 9pm to 7 am
