Located in the heart of Carnelian Bay, this home is less than a mile from Lake Tahoe. Tahoe City is just a short drive away for shopping, dining, and year-round entertainment. In winter, world-class skiing is within easy reach at Northstar and Palisades Tahoe.

* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months

* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.

* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the weekend we were there. The cabin has a huge kitchen and living area, great for cooking, eating, and hanging out. The bedrooms were also quite nice, although some of the bedding could use a refresh. The hot tub was also amazing to have on site!Would definitely stay again, especially given the price point.

The house has a good space for two families with younger kids and teenagers. The sun room is perfect for having some private time for work or chilling. It's clean and well equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms with extra blankets towels. If we'd decide to stay around Carnelian Bay area, we'd happily prefer this house again.

Beautiful property. Enough beds for 8 of us. Well sticked pantry. Things that could be improved are 1. Not enough comfortors , just thin sheets or thin fleece blanket, manybof us were too cold at night. Property needs maintenance. The kitchen utensils were very dirty and needed washing, and some toiletries in bathrooms qould have been good.. Rest was great.. would recommend and will come again.
