Spacious, clean, good views, great kitchen, nice beds and bedding. Loved the front porch, hot tub, and game room, but where were the darts? Thanks for the extra towels and toiletries, too!

This is a big house, probably bigger than what we needed. Good location. Game room is nice for fun. Huge kitchen has so many drawers you could store 3 houses of stuff. Hot tub is great.

This is our second time staying at this location, and we love it! We had multiple family members staying at a couple different houses on this street and it worked out perfect. The street was quiet and safe and perfect for our families. The kitchen is large which worked perfect for a big family dinner. The beds are comfortable, and the house is very spacious. Our favorite is the game room, shuffleboard, ping pong, foos ball, poker, we did it all. The house has a huge front yard that is big enough for badminton and volleyball. 84 steps down to the beach and it was gorgeous! Lots of sand dollars in the morning and breathtaking views.Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home, it was a pleasure calling it ours for the week. We wish we could call it ours permanently!

Very roomy and a great location. Well equipped. Plastic chairs and dining chairs not very comfortable. Great quiet location and walk to beach is awesome. Would stay here again.

Incredible Getaway Location

The neighborhood is quiet and had private access to the beach and the home was above and beyond what we expected. We had two families staying in the home and it never felt cramped. Definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful home & location!

We loved this home and the gorgeous location! It had: plenty of room for the six of us to spread out in, a well-stocked kitchen (except for no potholders), super comfortable beds, and a modern laundry room. We will definitely return!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We spent most of a week in the Fort Bragg area and this was our home away from home! Just as beautiful as it appears in pictures. Very roomy, clean, and close to the beach. Beach access was just down the street about 3 houses. Would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Fort Bragg area.

We did not have a clue about how to heat the game room but everything else about staying at the Rosebud House was truly lovely.

Beautiful View!

This is the second time that I have rented this house because I love the kitchen and its a nice big house. The view of the ocean from the living room is amazing. I love how you can walk down to the beach. Will stay here again for sure.

What a Great Vacation!

The house is a great location, just take the stairs down to the beach. The hope is well equipped. We used the fantastic game room, and beautiful, large kitchen, that we enjoyed making family meals together. Comfy beds and Hot tub were very nice too!

Best Event House

This house was perfect for hosting family out of town. The kitchen and game room were absolutely amazing. The location is incredible—walking distance from one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. This was our first time staying, but definitely not our last. Thank you to the fabulous hosts.
