Ocean adjacent and only a 30 second walk to the beach. Ground floor access makes this beach condo great for people with children or mobility issues. Beach toys and chairs included with access to the outside closet. Pajaro Dunes is about 10 minutes to the nearest grocery store or restaurant so bring your food. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and dine for a family of 6. When using the oven please add 35 degrees to your recipe. The owner equips this property with an operation exercise bike, feel free to use.
