This house is very clean and spacious. Plenty of room available plus outdoor space. It is conveniently located near many attractions including CMAC concert venue, Lake Canandaigua, Kershaw Park beach, Sonnenberg Mansion and of course the wineries

The moment we stepped into this house it felt like home. So clean!!!!! The yard was very peaceful. The beds were super comfy! The house came with some households stuff to get us by- My family stayed in this house because it was in the middle of two adventures we wanted to go to. The Niagara Falls (about 2 hours) and Watkins glen state park (1 hour). We also did many things around town. The lake near the house is gorgeous. Would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking.

Cozy Retreat

The property was well kept & clean. Weather was a bit chilly so didn’t get to spend much time outside. But enjoyed the fireplace. Only down side was the bedroom & game room downstairs was quite cold & couldn’t figure out how to warm it up. Other than that it was a great place & would recommend it .
