This property was absolutely beautiful and the views areamazing. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location in the heart of downtown.

cant imagine a better location or residence for a trip to the area..the combination of river/bay views while being in the middle of downtown is the best of all worlds. we will definitely be back. host and owners are both as good as it gets as well.

Perfect location and place for a wide range of age groups and interests. Beach near by for beach goers and small children, shopping and restaurants for everyone, and walking/running for the active people. Our group ranged from 9 months to over 60. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck watching the sail boats on the bay, people watching and listening to live music from nearby bar.

If you’re looking for a fantastic location in the heart of Traverse City, this place is it! The accommodations were spectacular not only was it clean and easy but the the views and the furnishings were top-notch. We absolutely loved staying at this property.

Perfect for our family group of 8 adults (ages 30 to 70) plus 2 toddlers. The layout was perfect for us—better than expected! We kept the doors open for free flow upstairs and down, so it never really had to feel like 2 separate units. Yet one unit could sleep in undisturbed even when kiddos woke up early! The view of the bay was amazing, especially from upper unit. Plenty of drinkware, dishes, pots and pans, Tupperware, etc. Spotless. We had 1 small issue and they took care of it quickly. Attached garage was a real plus!! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Stunning property, looks right over the bay on one side, and the city on the other side. We held the Michigan Dental Hygienists Association House of Delegates meeting- hybrid live/virtual! Comfortably slept 16!!

Great Location, Lovely Space

extremely clean, very nice space. we rented both units and were able to keep doors open for one larger space for a business retreat. loved having the outdoor space as well. cant beat the location. good communication and quick answer to questions. recommend.

Such a great location and the property itself is beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-appointed! They even supplied a fresh bag of good coffee! Much appreciated! The view from either side is stunning. There’s a band that played most of the evenings right across the street until 10pm and we listened right from the balcony! There’s a little ice cream place and arcade bar right in that area that was a favorite! Thank you!

Great for couples golf vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful time was had for our couples golf outing. The location was perfect for the courses, finding food or walking around in the evening. The decks and provided gorgeous views and fun wildlife to watch (baby ducks!). We could even listen to the band play across the street and they were done by 10pm. Beds were comfortable and kitchens were well stocked. Just fabulous!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay at Riverview 401 in Traverse City. We had 7 adults and 3 children, and the 2 floors worked perfectly for our stay. We had quiet space and less quiet space(!) during the week. The place was well stocked, as we had been promised. The views from the living space and most of the bedrooms were gorgeous. We were right in the heart of Traverse City, with short walks to good food and shopping. Access to the beach/park was also great. Short drives to different areas--Sleeping Bear Dunes, Winery, Elk Rapids--was a plus for all of us. We are greatful to Northland Vacation Rentals LLC for the nice accommodations. Wish they were all this nice.
