Stay in the heart of it all at this centrally located historic home, originally built in 1925 by Dr, Gunn. Thoughtfully renovated to preserve its original charm, the home has been beautifully maintained and is in excellent condition.
You'll be within walking distance to local restaurants, wineries, antique shops, coffee cafes, churches and bars. Clear Lake, one of the top bass fishing destinations, is just 5 minutes drive away and offers fishing, boating, kayaking, and more.

The home is cozy, sunny, and airy. It's a short stroll to good restaurants and a great coffee shop. We contacted Colleen about a glitch and she responded quickly, took care of the issue, and exceeded our expectations. The landscaping is full of flowers, and there were even fresh flowers in the house. We'd be back in a New York minute if our travels take us back to Kelseyville.

After growing up in the area, I headed out on an adventure that took me to New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, where I worked as a flight attendant and got to experience life (and food!) in some incredible cities.
Eventually, Lake County called me home. I came back to raise my family and settle into the community I’ve always loved. These days, I work as a broker, and I still flight attend on the side, so when I can sneak away, you might find me traveling to places like Singapore, Germany, or London.
Because Lake County has always been home, I’m very familiar with the area and love sharing it with guests. If you’re looking for the best spots to eat, sip, explore, or just hang out and enjoy the lake life, I’m happy to help, reach out anytime for recommendations!
