The highlight of this retreat is the thoughtfully crafted outdoor space, 100% soft Turf grass, a sparkling pool, spacious deck, and a dining table for six—ideal for meals and gatherings under the stars.

- The Living room, kitchen, and dining room have their unique touches but blend together in an open concept for easy sharing:
* 65i TV, fireplace, sound system, dim lighting, soft L-shaped couch
- All the Bedrooms have Queen beds and TV's. Thoughtful design and high-end linens for comfort and pleasant sleep:
* Dim lighting, nightstands with smart chargers, and blackout curtains
- The Backyard is a complete Oasis for day and night fun and relaxation:
* Heated pool
* 100% soft turf all around, so you can run around barefoot or just lie around and relax!
* Table for 6
* 2 relaxing loveseats to share a drink under the sun or the stars!
* Pool loungers
* There are 2 decks, one stepping out of the master bedroom and another around the
pool.
* Beautiful lighting that elevates the experience at night

Seminole Heights is a highly desirable, vibrant, centrally located neighborhood in Tampa, safe and friendly.

- The pool heater is available for $30 per day of use. If requested, the Host will turn it on. Please note that the heater typically warms the pool about 2–3 degrees per hour, depending on the weather.
If you’d like the pool heater turned on, please contact the Host in advance.
CHECK-IN:
You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code on your arrival day.
You can check in any time after 3:00 PM, and as late as you like, you'll have a code to get in.
Early check-in depends on whether the property is cleaned in time. You may contact us, and we’ll confirm if an early check-in is possible.
CHECK- OUT:
Self-checkout: You will receive all the instructions the day before the checkout. You must follow those instructions. Late Check-out, as may be possible, depending on availability (additional fees may apply)
