This spacious 4BR/3BA house has a classic Tahoe feel. An active bunch (of all ages!) will love it here. We're located in the Tahoe Donner community, so your stay gets you access to all of Tahoe Donner's amenities: enjoy access to skiing, boating, childcare, the Trout Creek Rec Center's three swimming pools (including a toddler pool), fitness facilities, and sauna. There's even private HOA access to a Donner Lake beach.

The main living area is an open space with fantastic lofted ceilings, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace.



KITCHEN & DINING



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare group meals. Extras include a waffle maker! Perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three, or enjoy group meals at the dining table set for four offering beautiful forested views.



BED & BATH



The spacious primary is outfitted with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.



Two guest bedrooms are furnished with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has two full-over-full bunk beds -- the kids will love it!

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and garage parking for two cars along with driveway parking for two.



Your reservation includes two passes that allow a total of eight guests to access the Trout Creek Recreation Center for a nominal daily fee per person. Amenities include swimming pools, a fitness center, and a sauna. Your purchase also includes access to the Tahoe Donner Tennis Center and the Beach Club Marina. Public amenities include the area's best family-friendly skiing at Tahoe Donner Ski Resort. For sledding and tubing, make your way to Snowplay, or explore 100 km of trails at the Tahoe Donner Cross Country Ski Center. In the summer, practice your swing at Tahoe Donner Golf Course and explore over 60 miles of hiking trails in the area. To venture out on horseback, visit the Tahoe Donner Equestrian Center.



This home has a steep, downward-sloping driveway. 4WD or chains are required to park in this driveway during the winter season.

THE LOCATION



Ideally located in Tahoe Donner, one of America's largest homeowner associations, spanning over 7,500 acres in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.



Enjoy golf on the Tahoe Donner course, or play a match at the Tennis Center - both are just a few minutes away by car. Ride the trails on horseback at the Equestrian Center, or head over to the Beach Club marina on Donner Lake and take to the water on a paddleboard, canoe, or kayak. The Northwoods Clubhouse at Tahoe Donner has an additional pool, plus a BBQ area, playground, and bocce court.

STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:
