Golden light spills through the windows as the Pacific stretches out before you. End the day in your private hot tub with the ocean as your soundtrack. A warm fire and ocean views anchor cozy evenings in. Room for 6 in this 2-bedroom home. Near the heated community pool. Sea Ranch's iconic trails, tidepools, and heated pools are all at your doorstep. Step outside and the Pacific stretches before you -- this is the Sonoma Coast at its most dramatic.
The Space:
Offering a west meadow location that faces the Pacific Ocean and backs up to the golf course, this Sea Ranch home brings streamlined, contemporary style to your next escape on the Northern California Coast. This home will welcome you from your daily walks on the Bluff Trail and rounds of oceanfront golf with two gas-powered fireplaces and a soothing private hot tub outside on the deck.
Step inside to find natural light streaming in through floor-to-ceiling windows and an ocean view living room with a plush sectional sofa, a gas fireplace set into the wall, and a mounted flatscreen TV just above. On the other side of the entry hall are a light-filled dining space, sliding doors that lead to a patio, and a modern kitchen with a bar counter, a wine fridge, and stainless steel appliances (including a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and double ovens). The large master suite offers its own gas fireplace, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and a stall shower; both this room and the guest room enjoy direct access to the back deck and the hot tub. The third sleeping space is upstairs in the loft-style room - a perfect place to escape with a good book to enjoy views of the ocean on one side and the golf course on the other.
This ocean view home is located in the meadows on the north side of Sea Ranch, right alongside the Sea Ranch Golf Links. You'll find an access point for the incredible, oceanfront Bluff Trail just down the road and a great spot to whale watch at Gualala Point along the trail. The closest recreation center is Del Mar (one mile south), offering a heated outdoor pool, saunas, and tennis courts. You'll also be conveniently close to downtown Gualala (less than three miles up the coast), which is home to the Surf Market, Trinks Cafe, and Four-Eyed Frog Books.

December through April is whale season. You may spot gray whales breaching right from the bluff trail nearby. Wildflower season (April-June) transforms the coastal bluffs into a tapestry of color -- worth an extra walk on the trails. Summer offers long days and warm afternoons, though the iconic Sonoma Coast fog often rolls in at sunrise and clears by noon.
