My wife (Ann) and I (Brett) both are originally from the Midwest and found our lives together here in beautiful Colorado Springs. We enjoy traveling, camping, climbing, and hiking Colorado and the surrounding states. We are proud new parents of a baby boy.

Why Ann Gibson chose Briargate

This was our main residence for several years until recently. We have enjoyed it's location, large backyard and safe neighborhood. It's located in a very convenient area in Colorado Springs near lots of shopping, stores, parks and easy access to I-25.

What makes this house unique

Our Briargate home is close to great walking trails, parks, and playgrounds. You can walk to Starbucks and other coffee shops. There's an incredible little Sushi restaurant 3 blocks away. This home has a really nice large back yard and features a brand new large deck. You'll find the space is open but not too large. We hope you enjoy your stay!

We are centrally located in Colorado Springs with a 15 minute drive to Garden of the Gods; 10-15 minutes from the Air Force Academy; 20 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, great hikes, and mountain bike trails; 25 minutes from Manitou Springs where you can catch the cog rail up to Pike's Peak; 5 minutes from Briargate Shops - an outdoor shopping center with restaurants and retail; 5 minutes from Chapel Hills Mall; a couple miles from King Soopers grocery, a bank, gas station, walking path, Starbucks, a park, and restaurants.

This was a great house for 2 couples or a family.

Perfect!

Ann & Brett's home comes as advertised and even more. It is a perfect home for all USAFA-related occasions! We, along with another couple, used it as our dwelling during a recent USAFA reunion. We especially liked the living room with the big screen TV. All the amenities are there, as advertised. Grocery store and other shopping for supplies are very conveniently located. Would recommend to anyone needing a great place to stay in proximity to USAFA. Thanks, Ann, for the great pre-visit coordination, too.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Close to everything in the springs. Garden of the gods, pikes peak, air Force academy, cheyenne mountain. Best of all it's in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Near USAFA, nice accommodations, quiet neighborhoo

We enjoyed our visit. The location is close to the Academy and the neighborhood is quiet. The house is nicely apportioned and had everything we needed. There are always minor things you find or come up during the stay, but the owner was very responsive. Great house, great visit. We'll definitely stay again!

Comfortable & homey

Our family of 8 really enjoyed our stay in this home. It wasn't overly roomy for us, but it had the right amount of beds & it was great for a weekend. (Btw, the beds are all very comfortable) We will consider this lodging option again the next time we are in the area. It beats a hotel any day!

Great place to stay

We had a great time visiting my sister in Colorado! Staying at this house was a bonus. The amenities provided made us feel at home. Every morning we had coffee on the deck and watched the sunset at night while we had a cook out. The kids loved the twin beds in the basement too. Ann was very helpful and easy to work with.
