Very nice condo.

PROS: Condo has a great view and perfect location away from the husstle and bustle of Gulf Shores but close enough to enjoy the restaurants etc. Also close to The Warf and Perdido Key. The condo is very big with a great layout for a one bedroom. The entire living room wall is a great view of the beach. The full size washer and dryer are a nice touch, especially as we have two small children. Also nice to have more than just the basic TV stations, especially during college bowl season. CONS: the furniture is a little worn, some of the plumbing fixtures are loose. The temp in the indoor pool varies greatly depending on the day. Little disappointing as this was a winter trip. OVERALL: great condo in a great building for the money. Would definitely book again.

Not The Best Experience

We have been going to the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area for years. This condo ranked very low of all rentals we've stayed in. Firstly, they advertised an indoor heated pool. It may have been heated, but the temperature was never above 65 degrees the entire time we were there. When we inquired about it, we were told it was regulated to 84 degrees. There is no way that was a true statement!

We had commode issues early in our stay and waited almost 4 hours for maintenance personnel to arrive. Granted, when he arrived, he worked very fast and efficiently, and was very nice - but to wait almost 4 hours was a little too much! (We had to call Front Desk a second time before maintenance arrived).

The condo itself needs a really good, thorough cleaning, especially the baseboards and cabinets.

Perfect getaway for a much needed rest! Loved the condo and the view.

The property itself is very nice, very well maintained and great location. I do wish that there was a hot tub outside as well as the ones inside. Being outside in a hot tub is much better. The condo we rented was clean, spacious and well maintained. We had the ballast go out in the kitchen while we were there, and maintenance got it repaired right away. Great service! The view from the balcony was wonderful. We overlooked the pools as well as the beach. Early in the morning, we watched as the staff washed and cleaned the walkover to the beach from one end to the other. The staff that cleaned the pools was meticulous as well. They were scrubbing the tiles early in the morning, before the pools opened. We will definitely be back.
